Pros:

The location is great for us when visiting family, so we will continue to choose this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. When I forgot my electric toothbrush at the hotel, I appreciated the manager checking the room herself and then calling me back. I AM disappointed that the room cleaner did not turn in my missing item.

Cons:

For a newish property, maintenance seems to be falling down a bit: one of the in-shower bottles had come unstuck from the wall and perched in a basket; bare patches of stucco on the building exterior, formerly fluffy towels appearing thin.
