Insgesamt sehr schön.
Pros:

Sehr grosse Zimmer, modern, tolle Aufteilung mit getrenntem WC, tollem Bad mit guten Ablagemöglichkeiten. Toller Ausblick bei Zimmer nach hinten raus, grosser Balkon.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Wirklich ganz tolles Frühstücksbuffet, grosser Frühstücksbereich ohne Gedränge oder enge Wege.
Angenehmer Wellnessbereich,sauber. 3 Saunen.
Angenehme Gäste insgesamt.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind zu weich.

Weitere Kritik mit Jammern auf hohem Niveau:
-Das Konzept der Kleiderschränke verstehe ich nicht. Nicht praktisch durchdacht.
-Kein zentrales Deckenlicht. Dadurch Zimmer für meinen Geschmack etwas zu dunkel.
-Kein lichtdichter Vorhang.
-Anscheinend keine 24 Stunden Besetzung der Rezeption (von früh bis 20.00).

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer Sauber. Wir konnten früher den Spa Bereich nutzen bis das Zimmer um 15 Uhr fertig war.

Cons:

Der Spa Bereich ist etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Im Restaurant gab es keine Möglichkeit Ala Cart zu Speisen sondern nur Büfett für 39€ zur hAuswahl und das zu festen Zeiten entweder um 18 oder 19.30 Uhr. Daher war auch kein Room Service möglich, und wir haben außerhalb gesessen. Das DZ war mit zwei Betten zusammengeschoben, diese standen nicht sicher so das sie sich ständig verschoben.

Zwischen den beiden Bergen, fast wie in Südtirol
Pros:

Sensationell in den Weinbergen gelegen ein bisschen Feeling wie in Südtirol. Ganz toller Spa ganz viele Liegeplätze Frühstück sensationell.
