Pros:

Wellness Bereich. Wenn auch teilweise sehr voll.
Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam.
Zimmer sind wunderschön.

Cons:

Personal am Nachmittag nicht wirklich aufmerksam.
Personal an der Bar (Abend) ebenso. Es gab Tische, welche so und so bedient wurden.

Mitten in den Weinbergen
Pros:

Wunderschöne Aussicht über die Weinberge. Die Zimmer sind ganz nett eingerichtet.

Cons:

Schade, dass wegen einer grösseren Veranstaltung die knappen Plätze im a-la-Carte Restaurant weiter reduziert wurden und wir keinen Platz bekamen.
Zu einer richtigen Weinprobe hatte die Mitarbeiterin im zum Hotel gehörenden Shop keine Lust. So gab es lediglich die Möglichkeit ein Set aus drei Weinen zu kaufen. Eine Beratung dazu erfolgte nicht. Aber in der Gegend gibt es noch andere Weingüter, die ihren Job ernster nehmen und auch was vom Wein verstehen.

Schöne Lage, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt. Sehr gutes Früchstück.
