Don't stay here unless you like jokes at 3am
Pros:

The rooms were good, overall looks like a decent hotel with nice interiors.

Cons:

The staff couldn't stop joking around between them, chatting, laughing and making noise at 2am, 4am and 6am. Who is the manager here? who is giving training to this untrained staff? Noise from guests I guess is expected, but from the staff members should be unacceptable.

Cómoda, confortable y Cerca a todo
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, cerca a todo y de fácil acceso. Cerca a WTC a menos de 15 minutos. Restaurantes cerca. La atención y la limpieza de la habitación fabuloso!!!

Pros:

Las habitaciones son agradables, el personal de limpieza es muy amable, las encardadas de recepción son amables

Cons:

Las habitaciones junto a la calle del oxxo se escucha todo el ruido y es dificl descansar, solicite cambio de habitación lo cual fue bastante rapido, el personal muy empatico

The place was clean and organised, and I was able to check in at 3 am without any problems. They also had free filtered water dispensers in the lobby.

Cons:

There was some construction from 9 am, which created a lot of noise, and this prevented me from getting more sleep.

Es un hotel con excelente ubicación,la zona es bonita cerca de la condesa. Aparte está todo nuevo recién remodelado
