I had an unforgettably poor experience at this location. Let me count the ways;

1. The elevator never worked. Not just a hassle, but a violation of federal law (ADA) and a safety hazard.
2. I called to reserve a room for my brother, who arrived a two days after I did. I spent 30 minutes on the phone, gave them credit card information and *thought* I had reserved a room for my brother. When we got there late evening, the clerk (Lucille) said she failed to book it (sorry!) -- she remembered talking to me, but it was not on the system as reserved.
3. So she asked us to follow her as she knocked on almost every door on the floor in the hope of finding an empty room. (Why she couldn't just look on her system, I have no clue). We did appear to wake some people. Anyway, much later, we found a room for my brother. The clerk apologized profusely, and gave us some breakfast vouchers and told us that his room would be comped that evening.
4. The next morning, the breakfast was not being served. Voucher was useless. Apparently cook did not show up.
5. When we tried to check out, we were informed that we would not be getting any room comped, and that clerk had no authority to say so.
6. I asked to speak to the manager, who had managed to sneak out of the building and was therefore unable to be reached(!).

The location is good and central. Hotel is old and needs lots of upgrades. The breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. Chef Mike was awesome and made best omelets!

The stay was awesome. Chef Mike cooked up some great breakfast.

Chef Micheal made some great and outstanding omelette and waffles was light n fluffy. It made the trip south worth 19hrs!! Sorry the other items was eaten before from how great n the waffle was the last item to eat.

Chef micheal was amazing and the food was good! The omelet was cooked perfectly and the pancake was good and made a grape sauce that was wonderfully!! He was also very friendly!

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn, and I especially want to recognize the cook for doing an outstanding job. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it made my meal even more enjoyable. Great customer service and delicious food are what keep guests coming back, and this cook definitely delivered. Thank you for making my stay even better!

Decent area

I checked in at 12pm I didn’t get a room until 2pm. When I got my room it was very dirty blankets and trash everywhere, it wasn’t cleaned yet. Then I got switch into another room and the AC was out. The elevators were down. The hotel has an indoor pool sitting in the middle of the first floor so there is a smell of chlorine on the first floor which also makes it hot. If you can stay somewhere else. It’s not worth it.

No tenían servicio de desayuno pero si lo cobraron, no nos regresaron ese dinero. Las habitaciones sucias y el personal de servicio muy groseros. Baje a recepción a solicitar toallas porque el tel del cuarto no funcionaba y El gerente me aventó las toallas burlándose y diciéndome “enjoy it”.
