Toilet wouldn’t flush in room given and ceiling water damage in bathroom. Second room, air conditioner sounded like a jet engine gurgling with water, blind in room broken and wouldn’t roll up and kitchen sink cracked. Carpet dirty in both rooms, linen in both had a foul odor and upholstery dirty in both rooms. All we wanted was a good night sleep in a comfortable room. Went to our tennis tournament already exhausted.

Refrigerator in the room did not work. My room was located on the 1st floor and the ONLY WORKING ice machine was on the 4th floor

Overall the stay was good. Room very comfortable.

The location was good. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice.

Cons:

My room didn’t have body wash. When we asked housekeeping to bring us more they didn’t. There was not enough wash cloths but we got more from front desk. The ice machine on 3 floors were inoperable. I had to go all the way to 4th floor when my room was on the 1st floor.

Was horrible I also got charged twice after I had already paid the room a week before I got to check in he said he refun

It looked nice from the outside

Cons:

Bad odor inside looked old rooms were old and things were chipped and rusty and also we had to pay for breakfast after I had paid the room+breakfast still had to pay an additional cost for a pancake when there is cheaper hotels with way better breakfast then what was served!!

The location was great. The staff was amazing, very kind and courteous.

Cons:

Walked in and the hotel was muggy, the reading lamp on was broken (hanging by wires), and upon arrival you were given minimal towels.

Pros:

The hotel was average at best. The room smelled of mold when I entered, and the restaurant was 1 guy serving a burger or quesadilla. I skipped. The morning breakfast included a few cold cereals, bagel and OJ. Not appealing. The rooms and hotel are worn-out and not worth the price. I'd suggest skipping and finding another hotel.

Stay Away from this “Dump”! Elevators don’t work, gym out of order, rooms smell of animal urine carpet & no hot water!
Pros:

Purchase using Delta App Thank God! Changes rooms three times-1st smelled of cigarette smoke, 2nd animal urine soaked carpet, 3rd has dirty AC on unit. No hot water from at least 11:00pm nor the next day at 8:00am. Not sure how the restaurant was open for breakfast without hot water? The bar never opened, the gym was out of order and there were large interior cracks in the pillars/ceiling toward the rear by the gym.
Managers didn’t want to refund my money despite not even being able to provided basic necessities such as an elevator and hot water. Thank God for Delta airlines which was on the phone with me while I confronted the staff. The hotel manager/clerk lied to Delta when they called denying the problems to them but freely discussed it with me! Delta heard the lies and told
me they would refund my money despite the hotels refusal to do so! #Unbelievable . This hotel has a faded green roof, faded signage, curtains in disarray and poor condition seen from outside the hotel. It is an obvious run down drug hotel with 10 year old pictures on every web site that doesn’t depict its actual condition! #Beware!

Overall, it was good with minor issues

It was close to stores that I like going to

Cons:

When we were trying to find the location, the sign is not lit so it was dark and my husband didn’t want to drive in the ditch by accident cause we couldn’t see where we were going. The Jacuzzi tub was small and had little ants crawling around the tub not sure where they came from. My husband also shined his light on the TV and there was a roach.

Pros:

There is no airport shuttle, no big deal, get to the hotel straight from the airport, place is surrounded by construction and landscaping tear down so it looks pretty dumpy from the outside… they don’t have early check in… haven’t got my room key yet and I absolutely would not stay here again. It’s not cheap either…
