Atendimento e café da manhã.

Cons:

Estrutura, o quarto era limpo, mas muito pequeno para três pessoas, colocaram uma cama de solteiro do lado do guarda-roupa que dificultava o acesso ao mesmo.

Gostei da localização e o quarto também não era ruim e pequeno mas atende pelo valor pago.

Cons:

Do atendimento referente ao retorno solicitado, solicitei a saída antecipada devido ao deslocamento que precisei fazer fora do cronograma planejado, informei ao hotel e solicitei para que verificasse com o gerente referente a plilitica de reembolso aplicado.

Não foi atendido e muito menos reembolso realizado. Lembrando que informei com antecedência o ocorrido.

Ainda estou no aguardo e espero ter resposta.
