Una escapada fantástica¡ para descansar mental, emocional y físicamente.
Pros:

La atención del persanal es excepcional. cálida. amigable y muy eficiente. El Hotel es muy bonito, de buen gusto y muy cómodo. El clima de montaña puede ser una desventaja pero tienen todo considerado, hay calefacción en los espacios abiertos y clima en las habitaciones, pr lo que no lo sufres y hasta lo disfrutas. Nos encantó el Spa, las terapéutas son de clase mundial. Lo recondemamos 100% a las parejas para hacer su visita mas completa.

Como siempre un excelente lugar con un servicio maravilloso de los empleados. Solo el nuevo valet creo que se llama Erick le urge una buena capacitación de servicio al cliente cuando le pregunté por qué no había nadie cuando llegue me contestó groseramente que porque el estaba muy ocupado y cuando me trajo mi vehículo ni siquiera me ayudó a subir a pesar de que traía yo las manos ocupadas. Demerita su actitud todo el buen trabajo que realizan siempre y que le da la excelencia al lugar.

En general bien , me parecio extraño que marque para poder hacer el check in un poco antes y si me ayudaron pero me cobraron $100 pero lo extraño es que me lo pidieron en efectivo

Not child friendly. The hotel is nice and is conveniently close to main square. However, it is extremely noisy inasmuch is surrounded by bars. The hotel itself has a noisy restaurant in the main patio!
