the hotel is old, dirty, does not reflex the photos, and the staff told us to contact booking for a refund, they don’t even answer to booking team. Do not waste time and money here, we are still waiting for the refund

Me parece demasiado costoso para lo que ofrece.
The location was perfect to all the restaurants in Roma and easy to grab a cab from because it was on a main street. I also loved that the cleaning lady was so helpful and kind! Such a walkable neighbothood and felt so very safe the entire time.

Creo que esta muy bien para los que acuden a evento colindante. Puedes acceder muy fácil y rápido a tu habitación. Estás son espaciosas y bastante cómodas. Muy bonitas.
La verdad toda la atención fue buena. Tal vez les falta solo un mejor estacionamiento.

Este hotel para mí era ejemplar los años anteriores, llevo ya varías veces en él cuando llego a CDM, pero esta vez, lo he encontrado con un problema de ruído importante. Comenté a recepción que me cambiaran de habitación porque la tenía muy próxima a un lado de la escalera donde sale ruido. Años atrás era muy tranquilo. Creo que el ruído se debe a un restaurante de asado de carne que hay al lado, el cual no está insonorizado y produce una situación de aire en movimiento y ruido que se siente en los pasillos del hotel y también en las habitaciones. És una lástima, pero eso le hace perder mucha calidad al hotel. También en estos tres años que he ido yendo, veo que requiere restaurar algo algunos espacios, no en profundidad, pero sí darles un aire más actual.

La ubicación, algo de la atención depende del personal sobre todo mucamas, la relación calidad precio.
La iluminación de la habitación, sería bueno tener algún velador o luz más tenue porque son blancas. La decoración de la habitación y el baño, es muy antigua y podría mejorarse con poco presupuesto.
La ubicación y cercanía
La instalación de las perillas, me quede atrapado en el baño porque la chapa no funcionaba.
Lo bueno fue que pudieron sacarme de ahí y al día siguiente cambiaron la chapa
