Staff very helpful and conveniently located … rooms were nice and the pool was cool over looking the city … could see Elizabeth Taylor’s home from there. I’ll book again !

I really liked how quiet it was. Even how busy it was outside. Very tranquil inside. I also admire their dedication of saving water during the shortages. They are a lot more respectable than other hotels i have been. A very good price too.

The room was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. Only complaint was that when we arrived the room was really hot, since the AC machine had been off. Because we went in June it took a while to cool. However I will say the fans in the apartment are top notch. They work extremely well and that was a nice perk. I did have to tell housekeeping to go do a basic cleaning towards the end of our stay as they hadn’t been going in the room at all.

Nice location, a little walk to the center but overall it’s good. It is loud from cars that pass by the front street. So if you have problems with sleep, stay in suites not facing street.

Check in was very easy and the overall place was really nice and in an excellent location! I will definitely stay here again when I visit. If you are traveling solo - and want a peaceful room - book 103!

I loved the fact that everything was 5-10 mins walking distance, the apartment was exactly as it shows cozy and comfortable I Totally recommend and will definitely come back !

Suite 101 is right by the entrance gate so you will be dealing with the constant sound of the streets and slamming gate everytime someone enters and exits the building. We had no idea this was the case when booking this room, paid 234 CAD for a room that was charging less than half the price the next day. It had to be one of the most expensive places we've paid for in Mexico with the worst experience due to noise yet. Just would like to give a heads up for these suites on the first floor since there is no mention of how much noise you will actually have to endure.

No sign, just door on building, number to call no answer for well over an hour..said they had texted me instructions but I never received...in total took 2 hrs waiting on street to get to room..

This is a nice place near zona romantica. I love the room especially the rain shower. I noticed there's no safety box inside the room. I will recommend and come back here next time.

The place was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. It was a centrally located area.

Great Value, But Be Aware of Noise
We stayed at Lofts on Basilio and overall had a decent experience. The price for the accommodation was excellent, especially considering the amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a major plus, and the blackout blinds for the large windows were a great touch, ensuring a good night’s sleep despite the bright surroundings.
However, the biggest downside was the noise. We stayed in room 201, and our friends were in 102, both of which faced the street. The noise from outside was incredibly loud and constant, almost like it was coming from inside the room. The single-pane glass windows in rooms facing the busy street really didn’t help with soundproofing, which made it tough to rest. If you're sensitive to noise, I’d strongly recommend booking a room at the back of the building to avoid this issue.
Overall, if you can handle some noise, the value, great staff, and amenities make this a solid choice. But for a quieter experience, definitely consider rooms away from the street.

The room was well appointed, clean and modern. The rain shower was especially nice. Communicating check-in/check-out process was flexible and easy. The elevator can be a bit tricky and there were some very noisy birds or geese near the property that woke us up early every morning, but other than that, it was comfortable and located near plenty of restaurants and bars.

Room clean, good a/c and great water pressure.
Other guests were loud, street noise way too loud. WiFi not always available due to other guests using.
