I did not like that the tv did not work. I also did not like that the sheets kept falling of the bed. I did not like it when we only got one key for the room. We also had trouble opening the windows.

Room was not fully cleaned, there was a sticky substance on desk, when attempted to increase temp, the fire alarm went off because the heater was dirty and smoky smell came out setting off alarm. The outer door locks were not working which meant anyone could come in off street with access to room doors.. Had to ask for more breakfast food with more than hour and half left on breakfast time. A floor lamp would not stay on without putting the foot switch under base of lamp.

Check in was different/odd and we would have liked a fitness room. Checkout was abrupt and we got no receipt

No elevator,also very weird using kiosk to check in

I didn’t like the continental breakfast because all they had was powdered eggs, some funny, looking sausage and two choices of stale cereal a plain muffin.. I didn’t like the roach bugs in my room. didn’t like that when I had to call someone there was no one on site even down to the check-in and the checkout you have to talk to a screen. On my last night, some people in the room 230 and started hollering and screaming. and fighting it started around 10 o’clock. I finally tried to call the front desk at 1:30 AM. When I dialed the front desk, the man said what do you want me to do? I’m not there. They continued their very loud activities keeping me awake till 4 AM in the morning. I will never stay at this hotel again it is ghetto..

All the drug deals going on in the parking lot. I didn’t like the bugs in my room. I didn’t like being kept up to 4am by women screaming at each other in the hall. When I tried to call the front desk for help, he said what do you want me to do about it I’m not even there. Then when I said, what did you say he said I will get them to go back in their room. They did not go back in the room. The car was made between 1230 and 1 o’clock in the morning. They were still outside the hotel and in the hall holler screaming and arguing and fighting until almost 4 AM in the morning. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel and I will never be staying at this hotel again. It is ghetto. I’ll just stay at the Hilton across the road. It’s the same price and it’s not ghetto. You can’t even speak to someone there. You have to talk to a screen when you check in and out…….1⭐️

Got double billed. I had booked room through booking.com. Paid thru them. Then hotel proceeded to put room charge and deposit charge on card I used for deposit. I was promised twice the charges would fall off that card and they both posted. I did not receive back my room deposit as promised. I have been able to get a hold of hotel by phone to discuss this matter again. Very displeasing as now I have to file dispute with my credit card company

The hotel no meet my expectations at all , dirty, smells like mold and cigarette.
I end staying in Hilton hotel down street.

they did not clean my room, toilet dirty, tub with dirty water they did not clean it.

The phone in the room just did not work.
