Glad it’s over.
Pros:

Nothing really stood out about the hotel or guest.

Cons:

The room was outdated. The back door lock was loose put a chair in front of door. Poor lighting. Pool was closed. Front desk personnel is a virtual agent. Nothing personable. Plus I killed 2 spiders. They didn’t clean room only out new towels in bathroom. Ughhhh.

There was a mysterious stain on the bed sheets. BLACK MOLD in the shower. And after returning to check if it WAS mold, my room door was PROPPED open! Not an accident. There were NO signs of crew members ANYWHERE and I still don't know if anyone was just able to walk into my room. They could have literally walked in even if they didn't have a room!! There was NO LOCK on the hallway doors!!! This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL!!!!! There is no one there to personally assist you, only a guy on a video chat type kiosk. They REFUSED to refund me my full amount because i didn't report it the day before. IT WASNT NOTICED UNTIL I WENT TO TAKE A SHOWER THE NEXT MORNING!! to which I IMMEDIATELY went to have my pictures inspected and came back to my room door propped open. To which i immediately called to make my complaints known

The pool was nice to look at.

Cons:

No actual person and the front desk. We reserved a king size room we actually received a 2 full size bed room. We called to the “front desk” we are told the kings size rooms are under renovation. We were on the 2nd floor and the slide door was popped open, my husband had to push the door back on the slide but once that was completed the door wouldn’t even lock. Not to mention the window to the door needed to be cleaned. After being told this we just gave up, the floors needed to be swept. I found a lid to a soft drink with straw between the bed and the nightstand (wasn’t ours).
