Breakfast was underwhelming, I would be inclined to go out, the prepared food was very regular.
We didn't like having to call the front dest twice on the Friday & Saturday nights due to kids hockey team gathering by the elevator than running up & down the halls yelling & banging their sticks all after 9:30pm Friday & around 10pm Saturday each night for about 45 minutes. We are not sure we will come again next year. We will call ahead to see if any teams are booked and if we can not get out handicap suite. Other than that it was great stay , especially the poor staff that had to put up with these kids and their parents.
We had a great viswith our neice & her 2 little girls. We went to the beach at Turkey Point, the Brantford Zoo & Farmers market. I also got to the Mary Maxime tent sale & Lens Mills

Not able to check-in @ 3pm , had to change for a wedding in the parking lot. Absolutely terrible will never use Marriott again.

TV did not work, unable to change channels
Both of above reported to hotel, they tried to resolve the A/C problem but were unable to resolve the problem with the TV.
There was no bath mat and no conditioner in the bathroom.
Floors in breakfast room dirty
The hotel staff said we had to go through a booking.com to get a refund.
TV Remote didn't work.
Convenient location for trip.
Breakfast included was nice.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my room with the staff was really great. I wanted a room upgrade, but one wasn’t available.
