Hotel cómodo y bien comunicado
Pros:

Habitaciones muy cómodas, personal muy amable y atento. Buena ubicación: solamente dos paradas en metro de Manhattan. El desayuno estaba bastante apañado, el personal que lo gestionaba fue muy atento.

Cons:

Aunque la ubicación es excelente y permite llegar rápidamente a Manhattan, el ambiente del barrio nos generó cierta incomodidad, especialmente por las noches. En varias ocasiones había grupos de personas en la calle o alrededor de algunos comercios y presenciamos alguna discusión en la vía pública. No tuvimos ningún incidente durante nuestra estancia, pero creemos que es un aspecto a tener en cuenta para familias con niños. Es el único punto negativo que encontramos del hotel.

Goede locatie om New York vanuit te verkennen.
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk.
Ruime kamers met prima badkamer. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed.
Geen overlast van naastgelegen kamers.
Een metrostation met lift circa 9 minuten lopen. Goed te doen van en naar het vliegveld JFK.

schönes Hotel in einer nicht sehr schönen Umgebung
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut, das beste das wir auf unserer Reise durch Amerika hatten. Wir konnten an der Rezeption Regenschirme ausleihen, aber Vorsicht sie berechnen eine Gebühr, man muss extra darauf hinweisen diese auch wieder von der Rechnung runterzunehmen. Im Nachhinein von Deutschland aus war für uns keine Rückerstattung mehr möglich. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit sehr schönem Blick auf Manhattan und die Skyline.

Cons:

Die Gegend ist nicht gerade die Schönste, es wird aber gerade umgebaut und wird sich sicher in der Jahren verändern. Haben uns nie Unsicher gefühlt. Der ganze Müll und die Ratten, naja ist halt New York.
