Pros:

אנשי צוות מקסימים, שירותיים ונעימים.
רוזה,אחראית בחדר האוכל דאגה תמיד שיהיה נקי ולא יחסר כלום לאף אחד.

Very poor breakfast (poor quality, no choice), plastic or paper utensilities, thin "paper walls", neighborhood (dirty, rather not safe).

Staff members were so kind and friendly. The water, tea and coffee stations available 24hours. It is veryt convenient have a breakfast included. Near of a metro stop.

Super nice and great staff.
Pros:

We loved the breakfast options. I’m gluten free and was always able to find something to eat every morning. We loved having a fridge to keep our leftovers and takeout fresh.

Cons:

The location was a tad scary, especially at night. People were shouting at us on the streets while we were walking back but other than that it was nice.

Que estaba cerca a las líneas de bus y tren

Cons:

Que no cambiaban la variedad de desayunos, casi siempre era lo mismo, y todo dulce. Tambien 2 dias no repusieron el jabón en la habitación a pesar que lo pedimos reiteradas veces.

Another fabulous stay in LIC!
Pros:

Friendly and helpful team! Always smiling and pleasant. Hotel and all facilities are clean. Rooms are well appointed. Lovely scent to body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Kitchen has everything you need and if you think of something else, just call the front desk. Will continue to visit this location. Close to subway. Love the proximity to Astoria...a favorite neighborhood of ours.

Good but could be better
Pros:

Service was good at the reception, very informative and efficient. Breakfast has more options than the standard hotels.

Cons:

People from housekeeping were too noisy, they started speaking loudly to each other in front of the rooms and it was difficult to sleep with that noise, in addition, someone also from housekeeping was listening to something on the phone and it was quite loud.
The mattress was too soft.
Cleaning was performed but one of the garbage was not discarded and it was almost full and smelly.
The location was bad for walking comfortably in the area.

Tout était parfait

Cons:

L'environnement de l'établissement peut surprendre, mais comme dans toutes les villes le commerce de la drogue n'est jamais loin, la police est présente tous les soirs et à aucun moment nous ne nous sommes sentis en insécurité.
Centrale park est à 4 stations de métro

Overall a good choice the staff were lovely.
Pros:

The location was great for getting around using the subway which was a 8 minute walk.

Cons:

There was a lot of construction work going on and if you’re located on the wrong side of the building it can be a little noisy very early.

Hôtel situé près d’une station de métro donc c’est facile se rendre à nos activités (Central Park ou Times Square à environ 20mins de métro).

Cons:

Le quartier n’est pas très propre, c’est un milieu defavorisé.

Pros:

Le personnel en général très accueillant et à l’écoute , un Rooftop sympa que nous n’avons découvert que vers la fin . Bien desservi la ligne de métro M/F est à 6min à pied .

Cons:

Il manque un peu plus de diversité pour le petit déjeuner , mais tout de même bien qualitatif
