Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel estan en muy buenas condiciones, el personal es atento, especialmente las personas de servicio a las habitaciones y del desayuno. Aunque no hay servicio diario de aseo a las habitaciones, con un minimo de cuidado esto es imperceptible y ademas la habitacion cuenta con un buen numero de toallas, papel, incluso cubiertos, hornoo microondas, platos, posillos. pañuelos desechables, etc. La habiitacion esta muy bien dotada. Viajamos mi esposa y yo, y soy usuario de silla de ruedas. La habiitacion acondiconada es muy comoda y cumple con lo necesario en el baño y en el espacio en general. La ubicacion realmente es muy buena, esta rodeado de varias opciones de metro, la distancia a manhattan es de 20 min en promedio, y es un barrio tipico de la zona, no muy concurrido, pero seguro y sin problema a cualquier hora.

Cons:

Quiza un poco mas de variedad en el desayuno, hacen falta las bebidas frescas y algo mas de fruta, aunque tener avena con diferentes compplementos, cereales, diferentes tipos de leche, y la oportunidad de hacer wafles, hacen que a la larga el desayuno sea especial y agradable. Tambien ago que agradecimos mucho fue tener a disposicion cafe y agua fresca a cualquier hora del dia y se nota que se interesan por tener un ambiente acojedor, cosa que se agradece muchoo tambien.

Günstig wenn nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Auch zwecks Umbuchung. Die Küchenzeile ist auch sehr nützlich.

Cons:

Leider ist die Lage für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir wollten eine Woche bleiben nicht sehr ansprechend. Abends kann nichts unternommen werden und es dauert mit der Bahn ca 30 Minuten bis nach Manhattan. Es wird dort viel gebaut und in einigen Jahren ist es bestimmt auch viel besser. Das Frühstück war leider doch zu amerikanisch für uns und sehr viel Plastik. Das heißt viel Zucker.

Très confortable mais un effort sur le ménage pourrait être fait.
Pros:

Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Lits confortables.
Hôtel calme, proche de 3 stations de métro.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner peu varié et peu fourni selon les jours.
Le ménage n'a jamais été fait de toute la durée de notre séjour (5 nuits), aucun changement de serviettes. Et pourtant nous l'avons demandé 3 fois.
Quartier pas trop rassurant même si tout s'est bien passé.
Pas de resto proche mais livraison possible. Pas de coffre fort dans les chambres.

Sprzątanie i śniadanie do poprawki
Pros:

Duże łóżko w pokoju, wygodny prysznic, aneks kuchenny ( brak czajnika??), ciepła woda i kawa praktycznie dostępna całą dobę przy recepcji. Lokalizacja, do metra 5 minut i kolejne 20 by znaleźć się na Manhattanie

Cons:

Dzielnica nie zachęca, ale nikt chyba nie zaczepia tam turystów. Brak czajnika w pokoju i najgorszy przepływowy ekspres do kawy. Nie było za czysto - jak ktoś nie umył/ odkurzył podłogi po poprzednim gościu ( reszta była czysta). Sprzątanie raz na 4 dni co jest bez sensu więc prosiłam o to co dwa dni i za pierwszym razem nie było kłopotu, drugi był już z łaska. Nie dobre śniadanie!! Jajecznica z proszku (?) nawet jajko gotowane było niesmaczne, zero warzyw, z owoców banan i niesmaczne jabłka, że o bekonie nie wspomnę

la comodidad en la habitacion, te guardan la valija si necesitas

Cons:

no pasaban a limpiar diariamente, el desayuno repetitivo pero estaba bastante completo. podrian poner vajilla y no todo descartable. la ubicacion es feo el barrio, pero igual es seguro.
