Cleanliness
8.5
Mostly praised across reviews (clean rooms, large clean baths), with a few isolated issues reported (hair/wet floor in bathroom, occasional missing towels).
Service
8.2
Generally described as polite and helpful by many guests, though there are notable negative reports of unfriendly or unhelpful front-desk behaviour and mixed handling of towel/fee issues.
Location
8.1
Good proximity to downtown/entertainment areas noted and easy hotel access, but some guests cite limited parking space, parking cost and nighttime bird noise as drawbacks.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and clean with pillow options; some complaints include dark rooms, toilet temperature control issues and occasional furniture/amenity shortcomings.
Amenities
9.2
Onsen and sauna repeatedly praised (large, pleasant baths, multiple pools) making amenities a standout; minor issues reported around dryer availability, towel placement and a vending-machine coin problem.
Value for Money
7.5
Perceived as a good deal by some, but parking fees, charged towels and a basic breakfast reduce the sense of value for multiple guests.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Mixed feedback: some guests enjoyed breakfast, but several reviews call the breakfast limited/basic and not particularly generous.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall positive guest sentiment driven by excellent onsen/amenities and general cleanliness; occasional service and value issues create some variability in individual stays.
