The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from downtown Calgary and the city's main attractions.
The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The lobby is quite outdated and need a renovation to make it more inviting.
The window insulation of the room is poor, and the heating/air conditioning system is very noisy.
Everything was clean, really appreciated the ammenities given, great view, balcony. For the price paid I think well worth the money. Staff at reception were happy to hold our bags on our check out day too which made things easier, overall really great choice, good location too.

部屋にペットボトル水のサービスなし。ロビーにウェルカムドリンクとしてレモン入れの水があったが、それとは別に館内で水を補充できる場所わからなかった（そもそもないのかもしれない）
一階のコンビニの閉店が早すぎて、徒歩5分以上歩いた所で水を買うしかなかった。
Staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Very good location, one block from the tramline (streetcar).
I particularly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel where all the crockery (real plates) and stainless steel cutlery was washed and reused, rather than the usual, shockingly wasteful practice of using all disposable plates and plastic cutlery. Cloth napkins/serviettes were another nice touch.
Car valet service was professional and very good.
The housekeeping staff routinely blocked up the two elevators/lifts while going about their work. I realise they have important work to do, but house guests should not be kept waiting interminably for an elevator. I also understood (from a staff member's comments) that the service elevator had been out of service for a year or longer. That's unacceptable.
地理位置较为方便，走大约三分钟左右即可乘坐红线，5-10分钟可到holt Renfrew购物，隔不远还有Simons和其它可购物的地方，去Calgary tower也很方便；酒店check in和check out的那位男士和女士都非常nice，感谢帮我寄存行李，让我不用拎着箱子逛一整天；房间整理的非常舒适和整洁！
Great location, clean and comfy.
It was super cold. 0 degrees outside and the heating not working, which seemed like known by the staff. After telling the staff the third time, we finally received a portable heater. Thanks to the gentlemen working the evening shift on our second day.
The hotel was in the center what I needed for my trips, the room was big and comfortable, clean , had balcony with a view, beds were comfortable, coffee and thee in the room, staff at reception was friendly and helpful, I could get much earlier in my room that was a big plus
The balcony I had had thin windows and there were a lot of noise from outside from the street, shouting and cars racing at night, I regretted the this side of the hotel, then hotel needs renovations of its premises as it is very outdated, the rest worked fine.
Great location, clean room, comfortable beds.
Even I arrived 2:30 AM. I had to pay the previous day full amount.
