Good
Pros:

Good but at night time the room i heard something like one big boom on the top floor banging and feels like the door bang on the other floor down
And even i told the maintenance he said his the boss ..
He said no one complained..

Just OK
Cons:

The light switches were hard to work, so hard they rebooted our room which solved the non function. I think knobs were missing
Paper cups for tea and coffee requested a cup and it never arrived
Paper cups in the bathroom (not so bad)
We were there for 5 nights and had 1 green tea bag and 1 black tea bag
No safe so we offloaded laptops to reception to go into storage which seemed to happen sometime in the future.
Airconditioning really noisy
Breakfast buffet poor we walked up to the Westley for breakfast after day 1.

Great location but needs upgrades.
Pros:

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good location too, close to everything you need.
Good restaurant on site and breakfast was plentiful.
Beds were comfortable too.

Cons:

The room was neat but the bathroom needs a complete upgrade. The shower was yellow and silicone was peeling, with shower walls detached from the wall..

I had taken a shower and some water had gotten on the floor. I used the bath mat to wipe it up not to slip, and the towel got full of brown chunks and brown slime. Not great.

The bathroom lights were humming like they were in their last stretch and there was rust all over the metal of the mirror.

I feel the bathroom needed an upgrade and would have expected a cheaper hotel to be this old.

Awesome location, old room but fine for a couple night stay
Pros:

Great location with friendly staff that even let me into the room early at noon, very simple to check in and out and the lobby is really nice. Also my room had a balcony and the view was awesome, bed was comfortable

Cons:

On the 7th floor where I stayed the rooms are not noise proof at all and I was woken up constantly, the carpet was full of stains and the furniture was old and chipped and broken. The bathroom tub was also really slippery and curved lol

Old hotel that needs upgrading (esp. noisy air conditioning!) but good location and clean.
Pros:

Good location for Downtown/conference centre access.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room could not be turned off and was very noisy. It was also too cold for the first 2 days and too hot for the second two days (as if someone changed a setting elsewhere). Staff were helpful. The room was clean, but it is very old hotel and old fashioned - carpets, shower unit etc need replacing.
