The rooms are old, the sofa bed was so old that the mattress had holes on it. My mom woke up with bed bites, there are bugs. She had it in her legs and her arms very disappoint

Loud noise from AC, broken ice machine, wet floor due to unknown spilled liquid not cleaned up but rather placing a wet floor sign (in elevator of all places), poor communications from reception staffs, bath tub with broken plug, lack of door sign for privacy!

i will be HAPPY WHEN THEY REFUND MY SECOND PAYMENT for my stay. charged twice!!!

This hotel charged me twice for my stay. i prebooked AND PAID booking.com for my one night
this month i also got charged with the stay on a different cc which was supposed to be only for incidentals.

Disappointed but customer service to my family and I was excellent at the restaurant for our breakfa

Breakfast was the best!!! But Booking.contained our stay……..we had to pay for everything double price thanks to their mistake….

Cons:

Service from booking.com on phone for 1:43 minutes to try to solve a mistake made on my acct and at the end they hung up and I had no more time to waste so I just paid again and just took it as a loss

Really exceeded my expectation.
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel. Despite old, it's well maintained, and the room is spacious.

The staff is very nice. They go above and beyond to inform me about the parking charge, and suggested free and safe street parking nearby. The food is very good as well. Overall it's a very underrated hotel.

Pros:

The furniture was so old. TV had go sound. sitting earea was so old not to able to seat. The balcony was just one chair, and we had reserved it for 2 people. The phone in the room has no wire and is unable to call the front desk. In the pool area had broken umbrella, and there were no safety precautions and afrad if it would fall on us. in garag, the intercome was not working, and we were trapped in parking under the grand.

I like the location and the front desk service.

Cons:

I used to love this hotel—I stayed there two or three times a month—but not anymore. The parking charge system is a huge mistake; we paid more for parking than we did for the room itself this time, and on top of that, they only give you one ticket per car. It’s a rip-off. That was the last time I’ll stay there.

Pros:

It was disappointing. Everything was closed, there was no food at the pool. The pool was dirty and had bandaids floating in it. The carpet was worn out and bubbling up all over the hotel, the walls were scuffed, cobwebs were all over the atrium. It was clear the hotel has been neglected for many years. Honestly it was a complete disappointment
