Rooms need to be updated and cleaned properly. We noticed some parts of the room were not very clean.

I would stay again. Skip the expensive botique places. Great location.
Pros:

Outstanding room. It was a suite - similar to an Embassy Suites room. I stayed on the 6th floor and would recommend that for the view.

Cons:

It was 114 outside when I was there. Inside the a/c was working to keep up. It was OK inside but not more than OK.

Pros:

everything was perfect its my 3rd time staying at the hyatt and i will continue staying at the hyatt , Every time i stay it always over meets my explantations.

Cons:

The only thing that i would say is during the summer just make sure theres always a stock of toweks by the pool.

Terrible experience
Pros:

Terrible experience with this hotel, the toilet was not flushed through, the bath tub was uncleaned and the room was dirty. Spoke with a few guests there, everyone had different complaints and issues. Not recommended this place to anyone

Horrible and not clean
Pros:

The rooms were not clean and gave motel vibes instead. Gum on our door, pee leak in the bathroom. my cousins room smelled like cigarettes and my sisters room had throwup stains.
