Location was great
Had problems with the room, which was identified after I unpacked. Advised the supervisor of the issues with the room and they apologized.
The discounted rate was fitting. The hotel is centralized & steps away to Downtown Palm Springs. No need for additional costs to commute.
Overall the hotel is grand but run down. I will stay at the Hyatt again & hope that it can be remodeled & necessary upkeep of the structure will take place. Underground parking is $35 per night. There is no gate or sign indicating additional costs until you get to check in. That information should be posted on the wall at the entry or parking.

The parking is under the building little and convenient if you’re going out a lot and not walking

Our room was not cleaned one day and it took more than an hour to get some towels and coffee, I had to call again!
The tubs need to have new non slip put on bottom because I am a disabled veteran but I am very careful but I slipped and fell getting into tub because it is so slippery! I still may file an incident report! Something needs to be done!!!
