The location is good, make sure that information was giving to you by reception is right.

Overpriced, the dog fee was ridiculous ( $100 per night). The carpet on the hallways of the 6th floor were very worn, wall papers were torn.

Would stay again
Pros:

Right in the downtown, seemed like a safe area with lots to do within walking distance. Super close to the airport. Room was spacious with living room area. The front desk employee, Lesley, was super friendly and assisted me to get my room right away as an early check in.

Cons:

The pillows are too flat, but that’s usually normal with hotel chains. Rooms are a little outdated and could use a smart tv instead of just regular cable.

Pros:

Check out go*gle map review -> newest, this will be the worst hotel you have ever stayed in. Everything from the facilities to the service attitude is absolutely terrible.

Horrible executive suite w no staff help
Pros:

Horrible experience. Got executive suite. Light bulb was broke so room was dark. Bathtub faucet leaked all night disturbing sleep. Contacted front desk multiple times and never got an update or fix.

Pros:

Pool area never cleaned. Dirty plates and glasses everywhere. Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Had to ask for towels. Water didn't work in our room one night. NOT what we expected from a Hyatt: especially as a member.

We loved being able to walk right out of hotel and hit dining and shops.
Pros:

The room was very accommodating and comfortable with the additional room & tv.
Location was walkable to art museum, shops and various dining experiences.

Cons:

The "killer" patio umbrellas around the pool attempting to take out my daughter and several others-wind wasn't even bad, but they need to be better stablized!
Also, Hyatt looked very dated in first floor area where they hold venues or special events with chipped tiled stairs leading to outside exit.

Great central location + big rooms
Pros:

This hotel was great for a night after hiking in Joshua Tree before moving on to our next destination in Huntington Beach.

Pros:
-large rooms with separate bedroom & front room w/ pull out sofa
-central location on the main strip in Palm Springs
-easy self-park
-bikes available to use
-pool & pool area looked nice, though we didn't use.

Cons:
-can't really think of any!!
