Hôtel vieillot qui semble peu occupé. Certains équipements ne tiennent plus qu’à un fil dans la douche.

It was terrible.
Cons:

check in was horrible. Desk clerk never looked at me and mumbled that my room wasnt ready. It was 530 in the evening. We left to have dinner. Then I recieved a text saying my room was ready. It wasnt the room that I booked. It had a pull out bed. Tried to tell me it was an upgrade. It wasnt. Then there was no extra pillow or sheets for the pull out bed. No Ironing board. No one cared. Just alot " oh sorrry about that" . The worst stay that I can ever remember having.

I've been to Hyatt hotels before and this was not a satisfactory stay for a Hyatt.
Cons:

Room had bad smell. It smelled like someone smoked in the room. The water in the shower was barely warm and the personel was not ready to check us out when we left at 4 a.m.

The stay was really good, and I'm aware of that, but I had a lot of problems with the deposit. So much so that I'm going to make it very clear: I was scammed. They stole $600 of my deposit, which was never refunded, and it wasn't due to any lack of effort on my part because I called and this is documented more than 30 times, and many times I went to the front desk. I felt scammed and robbed to my face.

Cons:

The hotel is very run down. The room lighting was bad. The water pressure was bad. The tub filled up.
The restraunt and pool food service was closed.
The patio furniture was falling apart. The floors were messed up.
We were charged accidental fee of 100 per night. The parking was $30 a night.. upon checkout we were charged an additional $70 for destination fee.
