Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Frühstück auch am Wochenende schon ab 630, man konnte sich schon auf 620 an den Tisch setzen, Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel, teilweise sehr breite Parkplätze, Zimmer mit defekter Lampe im Badezimmer wurde sofort getauscht, das Angebot (Preis Leistung) war sehr gut

Der reguläre Preis ist für das älter werdende Hotel leider zu hoch

Pros:

Vriendelijke man bij het inchecken. We waren laat in de avond (tegen 22:00) en we hadden spullen bij die gekoeld bewaard moesten worden. De man bracht ons nog een mini koelkast naar de kamer, als extra service!

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte vier Betten, ich war alleine. Wirkte wie ein Abstellraum für Zustellbetten. Starke Verschmutzungen besonders auf der Badezimmertür, Haare vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden. Lüftung im Bad defekt, Stockflecken an der Decke. Schimmel in den Fügen.
Hier sollte renoviert werden.

Ein guter Aufenthalt in schönem Hotel am Ende durch den Fehler der Belegung dieses Zimmers doof!
Pros:

Im Grunde war der Aufenthalt so, wie ich es bei Hotels in der Kategorie gewohnt bin. Modern, sauber, freundliches Personal am Empfang als auch im Restaurant.

Cons:

Wir sind morgens von Baustellenlärm geweckt worden - aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Es wurde wohl das Bad saniert und die Fliesen von der Wand gehämmert - über zwei Stunden lang. Ich musste sogar zwei geplante geschäftliche Telefonate absagen. Daraufhin habe ich beim Verlassen des Hotels die Dame am Empfang angesprochen und leider hieß es dann nur, dass man uns darüber hätte informieren sollen. Falsch! Man hätte das Zimmer gar nicht für eine Buchung freigeben dürfen. Es war keine Unterhaltung möglich und meine Termine mit meinen Geschäftspartnern musste ich neu vereinbaren. Doofe Situation und einen unangemessene Reaktion!
