Very nice hotel in Hamm:)
Pros:

We didn't have the room that we had reserved but we got compensation for that. Location for our purpose as attending a cat show was very good:) Breakfast was very tasty and good. Staff very polite and friendly. Parking in garage was perfect and easy to use as elevators were good size.

Cons:

The pillows were very thin ones. Outside (from main door) the floor was very dirty (bird droppings and some other things).

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und 24/7 erreichbar! Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und uns eine angenehme kühle Nacht beschert!

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte ein wenig heruntergekommen, über dem Spiegel bröckelte die Wandfarbe ab und die Duschabsperrung der Badewannendusche war undicht und hat dazu geführt, dass mein Mann auf dem nassen Boden im Bad ausgerutscht ist. Das Bett war aber sehr gemütlich. Ich hätte nur von einem Mercure Hotel noch ein wenig mehr in Sachen Instandhaltung und renoviertes Auftreten erwartet. Auch hätten wir uns beim Buchen eine Option ohne Frühstück gewünscht, die gab es leider nicht.

- Ruhiges, modernes und sauberes Zimmer
- Angemessenes Frühstück mit genug Auswahl
- Zentral gelegen, nur wenige Laufminuten vom Hauptbahnhof in Hamm

Cons:

- Frühstücks-Restaurant war zeitweise überlaufen und laut, allerdings kann das auch Zufall sein, dass gerade größere Gruppen gleichzeitig dort frühstücken wollten

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Aussicht toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Eine Dusche wäre angenehmer als eine Badewanne.
