Excited but turn off by the security deposit upon check in
Pros:

In-house Casino and all the security staffs they were professional

Cons:

The excessive security deposit amounting to 35k pesos upon check in even though I’ve made full payment for my 7 days stay

Pros:

I was very impressed with staff at check in. The room was extremely comfortable, with a great view of the swimming pool.

Cons:

I en joyed my short short stay at the Sheraton. However, i found accessing the hotel difficult. Particularly when you have experienced a 30 hour journey .

Overall very good apart from disappointment with the swimming pool
Pros:

Location, staff, comfortable and clean room. Easy access to restaurants and mall.

Cons:

Swimming pool heating was not working and according to staff had been out of service for a month. This affected our enjoyment of the pool.

Pros:

Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y es una zona segura. La piscina está genial y las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas. El personal es muy amable. Nos gustó que la planta 2 comunica con el centro comercial.

Pros:

Confortable. À proximité immédiate de l’aéroport. On peut s’y rendre à pied, c’est beaucoup plus rapide que d’attendre et de prendre un taxi. À proximité immédiate d’un grand centre commercial avec un grand choix de restaurants et un casino.
