They managed to connect my 2 reservations and they also upgraded us. Good reception staff.

Excellent stay mainly because of the STAFF. The people in this hotel are awesome!
Pros:

The location, cleanliness, customer service, and most of all the STAFF! The staff in this hotel are amazing! super caring, super helpful and super customer focused. I could not fault them, they are just PERFECT!

Cons:

1) The Lounge ---> not worth it because there is so less variety esp in the food selection. This is so behind the offerings in Sheraton Saigon. Also, the timetable is not good at all.
2) Overworked restaurant/ waiting staff ---> it was very uncomfortable watching the staff do so many things at one time! I pity the staff because they deserve a much better working condition because they are such a Fantastic team! they are all very customer focused, friendly and super helpful. I hope the management will do something and take very good care of these people

My new favourite
Pros:

I have stayed here several times now and this is one of my favourite hotels in the world. Walking distance from terminal 3, the hotel is welcome relief from the Manilla hustle. The hotel, staff and rooms are all excellent and I highly recommend this hotel if you have a layover or on town for a few days.
