To sme sa dozvedeli az na recepcii pri prichode. Ked sme chceli rezervaciu zrusit, bolo nam oznamene ze nemozme a bude nam uctovany storno poplatok.
Ziadali sme ako nahradu aspon ranajky gratis ale ani v tomto nam hotel nevyhovel. Vyse 900€ za 2 noci pre 2 osoby bez wellnessu a ranajok a bez akejkolvek kompenzacie a ochoty problem riesit. Personal nebol ochotni absolutne vyhoviet nasim poziadavkam.

Overall a very enjoyable stay in a luxurious, clean and friendly space in the heart of the city
Pros:

Very attentive staff. All very polite, welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean hotel. Perfectly located in the heart of Florence, ideal for sightseeing and dining. Also located in a high end shopping area but also a short walking distance to all the leather and gold shops.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was limited on choice but they do also have an a la carte menu.

Pros:

The staff were the most attentive of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A special mention goes to Silvia, who coordinated all the logistics and purchases to make a birthday celebration truly memorable. The spa was wonderfully relaxing as well, with great rates available for residents.

We had to leave.

Pros:

Hotel bello ed elegante, non la classica catena di hotel di lusso che hanno la stessa architettura contemporanea, che si trovino a Roma Miami o Singapore. Sala delle colazioni meravigliosamente arredata, così come la hall, con dettagli eclettici, di gusto coloniale, ma su una base di impronta classica cosi come ci si aspetta a Firenze . Personale impeccabile nella gentilezza e nella solerzia con cui hanno hanno accontentato ogni richiesta (firekey per vedere Netflix , pulizie in camera in pieno pomeriggio etc…) . Al check in ci è stato fatto senza alcuna richiesta, l’upgrade dalla deluxe alla suite , ovviamente più che apprezzato

penso che per il costo e per il target, le camere ed i bagni potrebbero essere più spaziose.
