From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left, everything about this hotel was excellent. The location in the center was perfect and made everything very convenient. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated that they thoughtfully provided everything my cat needed during our stay. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and the valet parking service was excellent and very convenient. The spa was amazing and a great place to relax. I would absolutely come back again.

The staff were the most attentive of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A special mention goes to Silvia, who coordinated all the logistics and purchases to make a birthday celebration truly memorable. The spa was wonderfully relaxing as well, with great rates available for residents.

Very attentive staff. All very polite, welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean hotel. Perfectly located in the heart of Florence, ideal for sightseeing and dining. Also located in a high end shopping area but also a short walking distance to all the leather and gold shops.
The breakfast buffet was limited on choice but they do also have an a la carte menu.
