Le prix! à l arrivée le receptionniste débutant te dit que tu as droit au petit-déjeuner au premier étage sans mentionner qu il n'est pas compris dans le prix. Pour 2 café- croissants, CHF 56.00; c est cher.
Le personnel très froid sauf au départ, nous avons eu droit à une réceptionniste souriante .

Amazing location for that part of the city, very recently renovated, very nice rooms, very clean, nice breakfast....
The attitude of reception team during day/night time is very strange. They only want to do check-in & out, even your questions regarding for a taxi, you receive surprised looks at you, they call eachother who will call a taxi , and the first hotel ever as asked for water , HAD an answer : we dont have !!!!!!!! Just a hotel to sleep in a good room in good location.....

The location. Beautiful decor. Nice comfortable room and bathroom.
The staff seem to lack hospitality training. Arrogant, basic level of English, and make guests feel like they don’t like working there. Room service and Breakfast in the room was a terrible and far too expensive. They forgot everything: even cutlery. They didn’t know how to make a vegetable omelette, forgot milk for coffee. They didn’t answer the phone. service was pitiful.
A spectacular hotel in the heart of Geneva with excellent service, staff and an unparalleled location. Safe and secure. In immediate proximity to the greatest Swiss brands in the world like Vacheron Constantin next door.
This question does not apply to this hotel. It is consistently first class.
Beautiful hotel in great location with lovely, friendly staff. We had a great balcony also in our room that allowed us to sit out with view over Lake Geneva. Really enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel.
Very creaky bed and pillows too soft. Hotel don’t have any firmer pillows sadly. Noisy male and female maid in morning outside our door from 7/30 onwards as our room was next to the linen store for our floor. Not enough international sockets in room that took our adaptors.

Very pricey and bad quality minibar offering in the room, it s a shame it could easily be much better,
