Pros:

L'emplacement central de l'hôtel permet de rayonner facilement dans la veille ville de Genève comme de se balader le long du lac. L'ensemble des équipements correspond à un 4 étoiles suisse avec une atmosphère relativement chaleureuse.

Cons:

L'esprit d'un hôtel de standing supérieur n'est plus d'actualité. La défiance envers le client de pas honorer ses dépenses supplémentaires avec l'exigence d'un acompte (non débité) de CHF400.- est malvenue.
Personnel à mieux former, management de la direction à revoir.

Excellent hotel, location and restaurant
Pros:

I always stayed at this hotel when I go to Geneva, which ends up being quite a few times a year. The location is great. The rooms are super nice and they have an excellent breakfast as well as one of the best Lebanese restaurants I’ve ever had right in the hotel! The restaurant staff is excellent and always remembers me and are super friendly, which is nice for frequent travelers like me. The hotel reception team however never remember the fact that I keep coming back there , and always register me as a new client which can be a little frustrating despite having stayed there over 10 times in the last 18 months. They are nice and polite of course, but just would be nice to have some kind of special welcome and small gestures for returning clients.

Superb, stylish base for a city break
Pros:

Marvellous location, very friendly and helpful staff and access to a great gym. Lebanese restaurant was wonderful too.

Front and Center in Geneva
Pros:

Very nice hotel , perfect location , two good restaurants and very good breakfast . Highly recommend. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to the lake and old town many restaurants and night life.
We had a balcony over looking the square , we will bee back
