In the heart of Geneva - excellent location
Pros:

Great safe location in the heart of Geneva. Beautiful clean rooms. Excellent a/c and water pressure in shower. Steamer was a very handy extra (instead of an iron)

Cons:

Bedroom and bathroom small though compact. Staff seemed abrupt at the beginning with no rundown knowledge of hotel or facilities at check in. QR code in room gave us the information. Unfortunately the gym and spa facilities are off property - though not too far and excellent gym.

The room did not provide some of the basic amenities that guests would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. There was no kettle for making coffee or heating water, and the bathroom lacked several basic items that are commonly provided in other hotels, such as a comb, toothbrush, shaving kit, and even a bath sponge.

Another inconvenience is the entrance to the hotel, where there are stairs leading to the elevator. This makes it quite difficult and inconvenient to carry luggage, especially for guests with heavy suitcases.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but providing these basic amenities and improving access for guests with luggage would make the stay much more comfortable and convenient.

It hasn't parking only to drop off. The nearest parking location is 10 minutes walking. I paid 80 dlls to leave my car there for 20 hrs
