excellent customer service very friendly people clean n organized

manager open my door at 3 am while sleeping and my daughter sleeping telling me I had to leave. the fact I can down to make sure room was pay n id copied front desk said I was good to go I was in n out all day bith managers n front desk never said anything to ne about my room not paid I figure it was good to go co.es tk find out tge manager che king rooms woke us up by opening the door saying j gave to leave tge dacf ge saw me all day n never said nothing to me.... very disappointed he knew I was in that room for minute now...then he wanna raise his voice at nd n tell me to be quite I said its 3 am n ur opening doors that have guest in the rooms that's not acceptable making him look bad...if it wasn't for my dog to bark I wouldn't known he opened my door n came in...now this js the night manager even.

Pros:

Lett å snakke m personalet som var hjelpsom. Grei fri parkering.

Cons:

Ingen service eller renhold av rom selv om jeg var der nesten en hel uke. Tv fungerte bare på en kanal. Varmeovn bråkete. Måtte selv be om søppel tømming. Ingen skifte av håndklær, eller sengetøy. Hvis jeg hadde spurt så kanskje. Ingen mulighet for frokost fikk jeg opplyst ved ankomst. Ble anbefalt en plass i byen. 5 min å gå.

Pros:

スタッフのお一人だけは素敵な方でしたが、他よかった点はありません。

書きたいことがたくさんあります。
悲しい気持ちで帰国しました。
テレビはリモコンすらなく、尋ねると配線を繋ぐところからはじまりました。
部屋に備え付けのドライヤーは壊れていて、それも伝えて初めてかわりものものを渡されました。
部屋のあらゆる箇所が取れかかっていたり、内鍵も壊れており、もちろん埃もたくさん。決して清潔とは言えません。
朝食付と書いてあり、フロントにセットを取りに行くシステムでしたが、ある日決められた時間内に行くと無いと言われました。また別の日に行っても無いと言われたので、それはおかしいのではないかという態度でいたらなぜかいつもと同じセットが出てきました。
帰りの空港送迎も無いと思っていたけど、聞いてみたら有るとのことだったのでありがたく予約しましたが予約時間に行っても準備されておらず、謝罪の言葉もなく結局40分ほど待って逆にイライラされながら送迎されました。さらにインボイスも領収書ももらえず。チェックアウト時に領収書は3-5日後に届くと確認したのに届かず。ホテルにメールしても返信無し。カスタマーセンターに2度お願いしてからやっとでした。
その他も色々とありますが、腹が立つというより残念で悲しい気持ちです。お値段が他に比べて安いのは重々わかった上で予約しましたが、それでも必要最低限の提供はするべきではないでしょうか。

not a pleasant stay at all
Pros:

my room was not clean hair in the bathtub and the room was cold ice on the inside of the w co window. I would like to be financialycompensated sense the room was in bad shape did not meet my expectations.

Cons:

morAe up-to-date facilities a clean room and proper heating for the room it was so cold. k fast Also provide some type of breakfast that would have helped no kitchen no space for one a breakfast would have been great.

Other than the bad Wi-Fi and not being able to get any work done. It was okay.
Cons:

I slipped on the ice and fell in the parking lot , hurting my back when i informed the staff they shrugged at me and said it wasn't their problem.
