Pros:

The hotel’s location is very good for anyone who wants to walk around downtown Anchorage. But that’s about it.

Cons:

One negative point is that there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel, which made me feel a little unsafe at times.

The hotel does not have regular air conditioning. There is a portable air conditioner inside the room, and it actually works well, but it is the only air conditioning available.

As for the value for money, honestly, I’m not sure it was worth it. They advertised breakfast, but what they actually provide is a bag with a frozen hamburger, a yogurt, a juice, and a small piece of cake. Honestly, I don’t think the cost-benefit was that good. I feel like, for a little more money, I could have stayed at a much better hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel left a little to be desired; I attached a photo of the inside of the elevator, where this piece of dental floss was left for about two days.

Nightmare stay. Will never happen again.
Pros:

Worst hotel ever. I didn’t stay the second night I paid for and didn’t even bother to ask for a refund.
Terribly disappointed with bookings.com for even recommending that hotel. Will never use this website again.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage und es war im Zimmer alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Rezeptionistin unhöflich, nicht hilfsbereit. Vorhang im Zimmer herunter gerissen die äußere Fensterscheibe hatte ein Loch. Alles in allem, ein heruntergekommenes Motel!

Cost was not commensurate with quality (or lack thereof) of facility.
Pros:

Staff was helpful, particularly with shuttle service to/from train and airport.

Cons:

Room Cleanliness was suspect. Comp Breakfast was terrible. Facility was in overall disrepair.
