Tolle Adresse für ein Wochenende in der Pfalz

sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist von der Qualität der Speisen gut, leider ist es in dem Restaurant viel zu laut. Man kommt sich vor wie in einer lauten Festhalle. Wir haben deshalb auch nur 1 x dort gegessen.
Hier bedürfte es dringend einer Schalldämmung

Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed. Het diner was ook goed.

Cons:

De mensen in de bediening van het restaurant was een stelletje ongeïnteresseerde stugge mannen.
Het plaatsje Edenkoben stelt niets voor.

Würden das Hotel beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage, kostenfreier Parkplatz am Hotel, neuwertiges modernes Zimmer und Bad, das gute Frühstück sowie das sehr gute Restaurant .

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Da fahr ich nicht nochmal hin und kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen

Direkt nach der Ankunft unserer Radtruppe stand ich wegen vorherigen Regens durchnässt an der Rezeption und es war zunächst anscheinend das wichtigste, alle Teilnehmer unserer Gruppe namentlich zu benennen. Dann kam eine telefonische Zimmeranfrage, und ich wurde ohne weitere Informationen oder gar eine Entschuldigung stehen gelassen. Die Dame unterhielt sich nun mit dem potentiellen Gast am Telefon, ob der Hund mit zum Frühstück genommen werden darf oder auf dem Zimmer bleiben muss. Schließlich bin ich weg, weil ich das Verhalten als unfreundlich empfand. Später wurde ich von der gleichen Dame gefragt, ob wir im Haus essen würden. Als ich dies verneinte, sagte die Dame in einer fast vorwurfsvollen Art dass sie dies "sehr sehr schade" finde. Sie sollte sich vielleicht mal Gedanken über die Preise machen.
