Pros:

The location was great, in the city, but in a very quiet neighbourhood. A supermarket is relatively close as well, 5 minutes by car. The mini apartments are also very accomodating, much better than a regular hotel room, gave a very cozy feeling.

Prima en rustige locatie. Schoon fris en goed verzorgd ontbijt.
Pros:

Nette plek voor een nacht op doorreis of wat langer. Leuke rustige omgeving goed gelegen vanaf de snelweg.

Es bleibt ein POSITIVER Gesamteindruck, mit hier u. da etwas Luft nach oben - alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr(!) ruhiges Hotel. Das Einchecken mittels Schlüsselbox u. die schriftliche Kommunikation mit dem Hausherren hat hervorragend funktioniert. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, war nahezu geruchlos, und ansprechend möbliert. Erfreulicherweise NICHT mit unhygienischem Teppichboden. Relativ weiche, aber noch angenehme Matratze. Ausreichend großes Badezimmer mit großer Duschkabine. Das Frühstück war für 14 Euro gerade noch so okay. Schinken, Käse u. Marmelade waren lecker, aber wenig.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass in der Duschkabine keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit für Seife, bzw. Duschgel vorhanden war. Man musste es jedesmal auf den Boden stellen - nervig u. unnötig. Auch war das Bad okay, aber es waren noch immer 70er Jahre Fliesen in Duschkabine u. Badezimmer. Das hätte man bei der Zimmerrenovierung gleich mitmachen können - es war okay, passte aber nicht wirklich zum schönen Zimmer. Lichtschalter nur für Leseleuchten direkt am Bett. Sehr eingeschränkte TV-Programmauswahl (oder ich war zu dusselig noch mehr zu finden). Frühstück war zu wenig Butter, ein kaltes, gekochtes Ei, und Kaffe nur aus dem zimmereigenen Kapselautomaten. Dazu sehr beengte Platzverhältnisse um zu frühstücken. Alleine ging das gerade so, war aber nicht wirklich angenehm.
