The location is convenient, right by the bridge in the border.

Cons:

They don't have an elevator, so if you are traveling with heavy bags keep in mind that you will need to carry them upstairs.

I’ll never stay there again. Not a pleasant experience.

Couldn’t find my reservation in their system even though I had my confirmation on my phone. They booked me as a walk instead but I ended up paying 30 dlls more than with the original booking. No elevator either. Very noisy.

Esperaba mucho mejor atención y limpieza del cuarto.
Pros:

La persona del mostrador bastante perdida desde que llegue en la tarde-noche del dia 20 de marzo-
Fue el mkismo con el que me queje de la limpieza del cuarto , mismo que no|hicieron la limpieza el 22 de marzo que llegue en la tarde noche lo reporte, pero me dijo que no podia hacer nada hasta el dia siguiente a las 09.00 am que llegara el encargado
Cabellos en toda la habitacion , tengo una foto de la tina de los cabellos que estuvieron ahi en toda mi estancia

Cons:

La atencion pesima del personal de recepcion , excepto el 23 de marzo por la mañana a las 08.00 am que sali al hacer el check out ahi encontre una persona competente.

Siempre me gusta alojarme en este hotel son amables y me siento cómoda. Me gusta llevar la familia y convivir en la alberca.
