Very clean the staff was very nice and pleasant.

A friend had gifted me GOH for our stay, so I was incredibly excited to experience the benefits that Globalist status has to offer. I am an Explorist myself and figured it would be a great way to "test" out the value of Globalist. To my dismay, not only did we not get a room upgrade (understandable since it was a busy weekend) but our room was not ready during the standard check-in time. It was not ready until after 6pm. After a long day of traveling by plane then an hour of driving to the hotel, all we wanted to do was relax in the comfort of our room. I appreciated the $15 beverage credit to our account (after my husband had kindly asked) but it was not nearly enough to cover 1 drink. We also got to experience the Club Access. Our cards failed to work 2x so I had to run back to the reception desk to reactivate the card for Club access. The breakfast and snacks options in the Club room were subpar. The seating/serving area seemed like an afterthought. Not nearly enough for the amount of people that were going in/out of the Club room. Seems like it was "oversold". The trays were always nearly empty each time to went to the room and would not get readily refilled. Plates and utensils were also lacking. It just seemed like there was not enough staff to manage the room. Parking was a breeze at least. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful enough, but the amenities were definitely lacking in the Club room.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday. This hotel is beautiful with a friendly staff. The location is walking distance to Lenox Mall and other shops and resturaunts. Also, it is near the Marta train which you can use to get to the airport.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice area and kept clean. I’m very picky about hotels and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well managed this hotel was.

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead for a college visit at SCAD. The hotel was wonderful. We don't generally interact with the front desk beyond check-in and check-out. But we found the front desk friendly and helpful when we did. The bar staff was great and the food we ordered there was very good. The hotel was beautiful and every space we explored was very well kept and clean. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

I originally booked a Grand Suite for my stay and was upgraded to the Presidential Suite upon arrival. My stay was nothing short of amazing, per usual. I’ve stayed here many times with my wife, and this visit just confirmed that this is the only hotel I’ll be staying at whenever I’m in town. Hyatt has never let me down.

We recently did a staycation at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead and we loved this hotel! The staff was amazing, and the room was BEAUTIFUL!

I like the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The hotel was a short distance to grwat restaurants & local things to do. My check in was easy & the front desk manager was so pleasant. I truly enjoyed my stay here ar the Hyatt. Thank you!

This is an absolute top Hyatt- coming from a 15 year Hyatt Globalist! My first stay here was in 1998 then a 25 year gap and now been here twice in 3 years.

The decor the people! But most of all the bed! The bed is a 15/10 and the pillows a 20/10…. Can Hyatt please make these pillows standard in all properties??? Please!!! I feel I need both at home - I’m spoilt and cannot go back haha!

Such a great hotel! We traveled with kids ages 3 and 5 and the staff was super engaged with them and kind! Our room service for breakfast was great!

This recently renovated hotel is exceptional! The staff is kind, helpful and welcoming. I can't wait to return. If you are looking for an awesome hotel in a great location, this should be your pick. The lobby was beautiful, the valet is incredibly friendly and prompt and the food was great. We cannot wait to return for another long weekend!

The renovation is a success, with a design that works well for both business and leisure. The rooms are well-appointed with plenty of desks and chairs, and the location is excellent. The bar offers high-quality drinks, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend it in Atlanta.

Phenomenal service at newly renovated Grand Hyatt. Very nice Club open 24/7. Globalist upgraded from standard suite to The Peach Suite two bedroom 2.5 bath suite with huge living spaces. Shout out to Noor the waiter at breakfast - wonderful service. And to check in - so welcoming and helpful.
