Vip hizmet yok
Saat 1 de devam eden düğün yüzünden oda değiştirmek durumunda kaldık, yeni verilen oda ise leş gibi sigara koyuyordu. Sabah kahvaltısı ise kalitesi, kahveye koyacağım süt içerisinde sinek yüzüyordu. Gerçekten rezalet
tamam!
Otelin havalimanından transferi var yazıyordu ancak yok.
Oda genişti ancak çok havasızdı, klimalar iyi çalışmıyor.
Arkadaşlar gerçekten yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar.

- Room had a desk but no real chair to sit on!
- Gym has no free drinking water, which is standard in any other hotel!
- There are almost every evening wedding partys on the ground floor, which last until late night. The music is very loud and disturbing if you are trying to sleep!
- There is no supermarket or restaurant close to the hotel!
No receptionist after midnight and they turn off the lights of lobby which makes me feel unsafe. Hotel staff using same elevator with gueast but they never let you get in elevator when they are using. Very unprofessional. I can not believe How they get 5 star!
Das war das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel, was ich in der Türkei besucht habe. Das Zimmer war im Bad schmutzig. Am Bettkopf lag sehr viel Staub. Der Boden war sehr wellig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Zum Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen. Wir hatten eine Jenior Stuite.
The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows stiff. A breakfast buffet was included and had a large assortment of food. The location is convenient with a 10 min taxi to most spots. The staff were all very friendly.
This is my third time staying at Shimal Hotel , and once again, it was an excellent experience. The hotel continues to impress with its top-notch service, large and comfortable rooms, and attention to detail. It truly is the best in town, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Special thanks to Ms. Ireme and Mr. Okkes for their exceptional hospitality, looking forward to my next visit!
Otelde ses izalasyonu çok iyi değildi özellikle bina dışına konumlanmış baca pervaneleri olan kısıma yakın odada kalıyırsanız gece aşırı ses oluyor. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Ofalar geniş ve temiz. Personel çok ilgiliydi.
Temiz ve Harika bir otel. Ben çok memnun kaldım…
Otel personeli sıcakkanlı ve çözüm odaklı. Otel konforu ve şartları iyi, ancak alt katta her gün düğün organizasyonu olması gürültülü bir ortam yaratıyor. Bu da aynı zamanda otopark sıkıntısı getiriyor.
