Pros:

Front desk staff were very nice.

Cons:

Location of our room. We were ground floor and had to crawl through housekeeping carts to get to our room every trip down the hallway.

Did good at the slots..

Cons:

First impressions checking in she wasn't nice....after 5pm my room was not ready!!! Had to get a scrappy room and I paid already...the sink was clog,,,mattress was to small for bed frame , hit my knee on frame that was sticking out...just didn't feel comfortable...

Good Hotel --Needs a bit of work.
Pros:

Great view. Large Rooms. Easy Parking.

Cons:

First room had multiple issues like broken hardware in the bathroom and stains on the sheets that should have been addressed before guests arrived.

I did not! Disappointed because I wasn't able too.

The Ute Mountain pulled my reservation that I booked with them and would not let me stay at the hotel. I was greatly disappointed because I booked the room 2 months prior. I was given a call and said they will not honor my reservation from a third party. I had booked with booking.com. Disappointed!!!!
