Pros:

The Hotel stay was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The little dining spot was not good. With only one worker, a young man didn't seem to know what he was supposed to do. We ordered, he forgot our order and ignored us while waiting at a table. I finally had enough of his lost behavior I cancelled our order nearly 2-hours of waiting and asked for a refund. The refund approval staff were as ignorant, no apologies and all I heard was your refund will take a few days. I had traveled with my 88-year-old elder mother who is wheelchair bound. But we made it to Shiprock NM and indulge with their best luncheon Beef ribs at Nizhoni restaurant! I don't verbally insult or complain in public. I wait out to address my concerns appropriately. It will be awhile to visit you all or I might be banned for addressing my concerns.

Front desk was courteous and under stood ...thank you Mr......for understanding,,,,

Cons:

Called the front desk what i wanted if possible...arrived didn't get what I want got the level but not the room..was given a room that was Dirty...fridge was so dirty and bed had a stain...was given another room was better ....can't complain was a good clean room...went down to eat another problem customer service was so BAD. Not the restaurant but the little place to eat...so M.........we pay for your check if you dont like your job please stay home...next time I will report to your boss.....other than that was a good get away from home...
