A central London hotel with a genuine commitment to quality and guest experience.
Pros:

The hospitality, kindness and welcome is exceptional and our stay was made so comfortable and easy. Complimentary continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus and very appreciated. It's truly an oasis in the heart of London. The rooms are spacious and beautifully maintained and equipped. We are making this our home from home.

Perfect for overnight stay on business. Had no problems with hotel.

Brilliant hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The room was really comfortable and beautifully appointed. The air conditioning was particularly welcome! The member of reception staff who greeted us was superb: incredibly welcoming and polite.
