Pros:

When we were left stranded because a nearby hotel apartment we had reserved turned out to be double-booked and we couldn’t stay there, we came to this hotel at the last minute. They quickly arranged a room for us, and thanks to them, my family and I were able to enjoy a wonderful stay in London. Breakfast and staff were excellent.

Great stay overall, will visit again.
Pros:

Loved the location and how clean the room was.

Cons:

There’s a little noise from the street but that’s because it’s right on Bond Street which is a loud area so it really isn’t that bad

Adequate but several issues that would probably mean it a return visit or recommendation to friends.

Cons:

Bathroom awkward. Low sink, narrow tub, clogged bathtub that wasn’t repaired after we alerted staff, would get really hot in the middle of night and we could not adjust thermostat.

Pros:

Deilig stort rent rom på det mest sentrale stedet jeg kunne drømt om. Veldig tålmodig, hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening.

Cons:

Skulle gjerne hatt lavere puter - men vi brukte boblejakkene våre med håndklær på i stedet for puter - det gikk greit
