Fabulous hotel! Exceptional staff and immaculately clean!

Fabulous hotel - immaculately clean.
Food was delicious and fresh
Breakfast staff were so lovely- friendly, funny, helpful - really went the extra mile - remembered dietary requirements
Room was kept really clean
Reception staff again couldn't do enough
This was central to everything we wanted to do and see
Reception ordered taxis for us and we used the buses which was a simple tap on
Highly recommend this hotel - we will be back for sure

Good room but needs some thought in the safety light
Pros:

Room was fine but being tall whenever I moved my feet the safety light came on for the step to access the bathroom. I ended up covering it with a pillow.

Lovely friendly clean hotel and great location
Pros:

Location & staff were amazing

Cons:

Our room was over where the loading bay was so the noise of the trolleys being delivered was quite noisy but the comfort of the beds helped to go back asleep

A decent place I'd say at again.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent as was room and staffing, couldn't really fault the presentation of anything nor the service at the front desk.

Cons:

The building was fundamentally too hot - it was like a summer's night in early spring. The A/C didn't do much to alleviate the belting heat in my room day and night.
