Disappointed
Pros:

I've just checked in for four nights. On my previous stay last year the kind gentleman at reception asked me where in the hotel I'd like to stay and offered complimentary breakfast on one of my days, which was greatly appreciated.

On this occasion being a premium Radisson Awards member I was offered nothing. I've read other reviews where people due to status had been upgraded to a renovated room, this didn't happen to me. I booked a double, but my room isn't anything special, functional but nothing else.
Disappointed!

OK but Unlikely to Return
Pros:

Great location and staff - particularly in breakfast restaurant - are friendly. Stayed in a refurbished room which was spacious and clean (although split level).. WiFi very spotty and not strong enough for video calling, lift out if service today and, this morning, no hot water across the property.. need to attend to those core, basic services.

AS WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS!
Pros:

As always, everything was really nice. The room was huge, compared to the usual single room I get. This time the only available room was a double (king bed) but the price was really nice and the room was great (#139) although I did miss a European plug (like the single rooms have). I had a nasty fall and the hotel staff reacted really helpful. A special thanks to William who sent me an ice pack to put on my arm and phoned later to inquire whether I needed any assistance as to medication etc.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Room 139 is very quiet so would recommend it for bad sleepers (which I am not ;-)).

Exactly what we needed whilst my son had surgery at UCL. Clean and tidy quiet stay with lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Attractive hotel, classy and clean.

Cons:

Perhaps a couple more pillows in the room as only two on the bed. There was a leak in the shower that made a puddle on bathroom floor. Also, no decaf tea in the bedroom - would have valued having this.

I’d stay again.
Pros:

Really convenient location with wonderful staff

Cons:

No bedside lamps. There was a spotlight, but it lit up both sides of the bed really bright. The carpet was a little bit shabby and could probably do with being changed.
The floor below was being renovated though, so I’m guessing floor three is next.

The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful. My room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Cons:

I arrived late afternoon from Birmingham and was going out to a concert at 6.45. I wanted dinner in the hotel, however, as a vegan this proved to be problematic. There were no vegan options on the restaurant menu or the room service menu. I spoke to the restaurant and they could only offer me a salad.
This is like being a vegetarian in the 1980s!
I had soup in my room (vegetarian not vegan) very disappointing. In 2026 with more and more people choosing a vegan lifestyle surely as an International hotel group we could be offered something better than a salad!

Pros:

It was truly a wonderful stay! This was our first time at Radisson Blu Hotel, and definitely not the last — we will absolutely come back.

The bed was very comfortable and spacious, the room was clean, and the bathroom had a great selection of toiletries.

Upon arrival, we were also given drink vouchers, which allowed us to enjoy a lovely glass of wine in the beautiful bar. It was a really nice touch and made our stay even more special.

We had a fantastic experience overall and would happily stay here again.
