Great stay in the heart of London!
Pros:

Great location, but the rooms were quiet and serene. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good as well!

Would recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Reception staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials I needed and more. Will definitely be back! Location was also perfect for Euston Station, and areas like Soho, Camden as well as shops and theatres!

OK if restrictive stay, likely wouldn't go back.
Pros:

Nice room, comfy bed, and a spacious bar and lounge area, as well as friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location, at least if you're coming as I was to a UCL Open Day.

Cons:

Had some dinner ordered in, and wanted to eat it in the bar with a drink. Absolutely not, they said, even though there was loads of space and noone in there. Can't allow any outside food. I mean guys, I'm paying a lot for a night, and willing to buy drinks from the bar - and you're sending me to my room even though I'm disturbing noone and you guys have stopped serving food? Yes, they said, we are. For me, that was crazy.

Buen sitio para dormir, personal super majo
Pros:

Está justo al lado de la parada de metro de warren street. Rodeado de supermercados y otras paradas de bus y metro, fue muy facil llegar hasta allí. Las camas son comodas.
