Prima Locatie. Alles goed bereikbaar met de metro. We hebben niet ontbeten. dat hebben we gedaan in de buurt bij een lunch room.
Dat er van de twee liften er steeds 1 het afwisselend niet deed.
Location as working in the hospital opposite
Convenience
Great location, very clean, great breakfast
Nothing we didn’t like
De ligging en kamers
Er werd niet zo goed schoongemaakt. Kamer was stoffig en beddengoed werd niet verschoond ookal zaten er vlekken op.
Great location, very attentive staff and wonderful breakfast. Overall a superb place to stay.
On arrival welcome was good, got our room on 4th floor, the room itself was like a box room,it was supposed to be a double bed but was more like a single, not enough room for 2 people, went for breakfast next morning ,it was served buffet style,no fried eggs, scrambled eggs no taste,Cumberland sausage flavourless, bacon back and streaky mixed but very dry and hardly any there, beans, and mushrooms, you were given a card with a option of having eggs benedict, omelette, I asked for bacon and was told its on the buffet,I wanted fresh cooked bacon not that's been left in hot plates, but was refused,
The staff in the hotel were pleasant, the hotel is situated great for getting round London with tubes and buses on your doorstep,24 and 29 take you direct to Leicester square and trafalgar square ,Warren street and euston square tubes very close, also there is a lidl and Tesco outside so get your sandwich meals in there.
We love the location as it's easy to use the Tube and get around.
The hotel has had a makeover and rebrand from Edwardian which it was on our last stay in Jubilee year, to Radisson Blu. Some parts are looking tired - parts of the bathroom, tables chipped in the restaurant etc so it needs refreshed. The Reception remains unchanged, as does the welcome and help.
The breakfast was good, but choices have shrunk and I would have said it was excellent on previous stays. No chocolate milk, no smoked salmon, only skimmed milk, not as varied cold section. I appreciate that costs have risen for businesses as well as individuals, but the little touches are missing.
Liked having a room at the rear away from traffic noise but our rooms 262 and 261 couldn't have been any further away as they were at the extreme rear where we had noise from a pub and you really hear the Tube.
The pillows in the rooms are dreadfully. Very hot, soft and uncomfortable.
Being at the very rear of the hotel.
The hand soap and shower products. I appreciate that this style reduces costs and theft of small bottles, but the product itself did not smell pleasant at all and the texture makes it very difficult to actually wash off with London water. It was most unpleasant and irritated my hands, so much so, that I bought shower gel and hand soap for us to use. Never had this problem before.
Disappointed in breakfast choice as already noted.
Air conditioning in 261 not very effective.
Bäddkomforten. Jag har aldrig sovit i en skönare säng/kuddar. Personalen leende och supertrevlig.
Pass på den...
close to where I wanted to be
nothing
Awful! I don't see how you offer "air conditioning" if the room never gets below 27. The first room in the attic was 30 degrees when we arrived and didn't have any air conditioning running. The windows faced the sun so the open windows and fans just made it hotter. The 2nd room was much cooler. Maintenance confirmed the a/c wasn't working or not well on the 4th floor recently. However, with the noise outside in the new room, it was difficult to sleep with the windows open, which had to be re-opened at 4am to let out the heat. I really appreciated the linen exchange that occurred at 5:45am until 6:45 am. The pull out bed is just a pillow not a mattress and you can feel every metal bar in the frame. I will say, other than the ac and pull out bed it was a decent hotel, but that's hard to see when you are exhausted.
The bed is the comfiest I have ever slept on! The staff were excellent in looking after us. I’ll give Vivian a shout out.
The breakfast could have had more variety. But it was of good quality.
Spacious room, with a tasty design and materials.
The heated towel rack
The windows need more sound proof, they allow noise from oustide.
Great location for the tube to and from Wembley
On the hottest day of the year the air conditioning didn't work, so hardly got any sleep at all. Pillows also very uncomfortable and the rooms are dated.
Excellent staff and always going the extra mile
Great check in
Good size room
Friendly staff
