Our suite was great, very quiet, comfortable with all usual amenities including sofas and good sized table for four. Bath and shower included. Nexpresso coffee machine.
The staff were exceptional- they worked to ensure everything was how we wanted it and responded to requests immediately- couldn’t fault them.
Although refurbished there was a small leak at the bottom of the shower but otherwise everything worked well.

Staff amazing, great breakfast too.
Our room was a twin and one of the beds was angled by the door which was loud when people walking by in corridor.
Perfect location in central London! There are also European plugs in the rooms which is great! The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodated my request for an early check-in and late check out. Thank you!
