Très décevant.
Pros:

L'acceuil est bien réalisé et rapide.
Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni
Le personnel est agréable.
Il y a un service de bagagerie gratuit et efficace.

Cons:

La chambre était minuscule. Nous avons eu une chambre de 9m2 au lieu de 14m2 annoncés. Il n'était même pas possible de faire le tour du lit.
De plus, la climatisation était Hors Service et comme ils n'avaient aucune chambre de libre, ils ont mis un ventilateur à disposition et promis un remboursement de 50%.

Great hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Really close to the Elizabeth line and Tottenham Court station. Friendly staff and clean rooms. They are somewhat small but I think that's standard for the area and type of hotel.

Cons:

We arrived during a heatwave and the room was hot. The air-conditioning did work but it was not sufficient to keep the room cool.

el últim dia el director va ser molt amable i va entendre perfectament la nostra queixa

l habitació no era com la que vaig demanar per internet i em va quedar de pedra quan vaig entrar era com una caixa de mistos i era un regal de cumple , i es clar la expectativa no era aquesta , a recepció vn dir que estava tot ple ... fins l últim dia no ven parlar amb el director i la veritat que va ser molt molt amable i va entendre la nostra queixa va ser molt amable

Very pleasant, friendly staff, superb location.
Pros:

The staff was very good. Special compliments to Mr. Edgar at the reception desk - he was amazing and very helpful.
The location of the hotel is superb - quiet + Central!
The room was nice.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Cons:

Keep on as you are. We hope to come back.

The location is great, 2 min from British museum, easy transport, nice to walk around. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was fine but nothing special
