Wonderful experience of Radisson Blu TCR
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience. Beautiful location. The cleanliness of the room was up to the point. The new rooms had a great vibes and enjoyed my stay. Next time if I visit London definitely it would be TCR.

Tired hotel with disinterested staff which doesn’t reach Radisson expectstions

Cons:

Tired. Booking guests into rooms which had painting undercoat on walls under repair. Damaged bed base. Tired desk with laminate peeling off. Soap dish in shower grubby. For a room which was supposed to be disabled access -space between toilet and shower for knees ludicrous. Staff mainly indifferent to guests. One member of staff clearly had difficulty understanding English and his own speech was more or less incomprehensible. Breakfast was okay but not maintained at a good heat. Gave feedback to staff on departure - no rush to find someone with whom I could address these concerns with.

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Location was ideal.

Cons:

Room was compact but comfortable for 2 small ladies. Let's just say you wouldn't want to be on the larger side and get into the shower!

Perfect service from Mo in the the reseption, helping me upgrade our room with no questions asked. He gave us perfect service, whitch made us wanna stay here again.

Frábær staðsetning og mjög góður morgunmatur. Starfsfólk mjög vinalegt og klárt í að aðstoða.

Cons:

Allt í herberginu var gamalt og illa farið nema rúmið. Ég gat ekki lokað glugganum í herberginu, handfangið/festingin var brotin af. Þegar það var orðið svo kalt inni í herberginu, þurfti ég að kalla eftir aðstoð við að loka glugganum. Eftir að viðgerðarmaðurinn var búinn að loka glugganum, var hann bara fastur þannig, ég gat ekki opnað hann aftur. Baðherbergið var líka mjög illa farið.

Great location and staff... hotel quite dated..
Pros:

The location was great and the staff always friendly and professional.

Cons:

The room and hotel didn't live up to the expectations of the photos.. Quite dated and basic.. but essentially has what you'd need for a short stay. Wifi wasn't always great either.

The best hotel in London
Pros:

Very good hotel with a great location. The room was clean and spacious, and everything was well organized. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.
