We Stayed fór 2 days at this hotel, everything was perfect
Most of all the customer servíce and the suggestions at the check in and during our stay from JJ at reception. We will definetely come back

Fantastic accommodation and staff went out of there way to help us.

Our stay at the Best Western was truly wonderful! The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. We opted for the breakfast package, and the food was absolutely delicious. And the view—just breathtaking!

The only downside was that finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. The entrance is located in the middle of a mall, and getting our luggage there felt like quite a workout. On the bright side, the parking was excellent!

This hotel offers great transport links to Basel as well as access to a (very busy) shopping centre

The rooms are above the shopping centre, although they were high enough up not to impacted by the noise below. Ours was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Car parking is free, which is pretty unusual in most towns/cities, although there was a bit of a trek with bags through the shopping centre to get to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and good at advising which sights to see in Basel. It was nice being next to the cycle/footpath to France, which offered a pleasant stroll across the river.

Great hôtel if you have a car but away from the city. Difficult to find, on the 6th floor of a shopping center but clean, great breakfast and huge room. But a bit noise!

Our flight from new york was stressful but the service received at check in from the Italian guy was excellent
He tried his best to let us check in in advance and he remembered our name the day after
Also the staff at restaurant is to recognize

The room was very large, albeit with sloping ceilings to the floor, at the end of the corridor. Loads of room for the three of us, including a large fold out bed. A little packet of sweets were left on each pillow.

The gentleman on reception at check-in was great, spoke English and gave me daughter an ice lolly on what was an incredibly warm evening.

The a/c worked well and was much appreciated. Bed was comfy and the shower excellent.

Breakfast was €16 adults + €5 for children, and was good value. Decent choice and good quality. We are outside with view over the river.

Car parking is a slight faff. You need to park on Level 5 then go down the elevator to the ground floor, walk back to the car park entrance, and take another lift to the hotel reception in the 6th floor.
However it's free and the overall experience was definitely positive.

Room was very clean. Shopping mall downstairs. Very convenient. There were a lot of dining options in the neighborhood. Parking was easy.

The staff are very help full, room is big , clean, the hotel is near the mall it was good, there is one time though that we are asking for coffee and milk the reception said in ten minutes but they did not come at all ,stayed there for 3 nights

We had a wonderful week-long stay during the Eurovision Song Contest! The room was extremely spacious and very clean. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was very tasty. While it wasn’t a huge deal, the shower had issues regulating temperature, going from very cold to very hot when not adjusting the faucet. Given the amenities of the shopping area attached, and the great connectivity into Basel, I would not hesitate to stay here again when my travels bring me back to the Basel region.
