Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marble Arch und dem Hyde Park. Die Oxford Street (Einkaufsmeile) ist praktisch vor der Türe.

Cons:

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würde eine Auffrischung gut gebrauchen können.

Pros:

Great location, very clean.

Cons:

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all round the world.this was only the second time I have experienced a checkin later than 14:00 and they were still slightly late even though we were sitting right in front of them! The room was THE smallest twin room i have ever seen and the toilet/shower even smaller...
Not a property for the travel weary or a person with a larger frame.

Superb location, very helpful and professional staff who helped me with special requests regarding my room, great breakfast with lovely restaurant staff. I would recommend this hotel.

La ubicación es buena

Cons:

La habitación individual es muy pequeña, lo normal para Londres, el baño igual, el problema fue el calor insoportable en la habitación, el termostato no funcionaba y me dijeron que no podían bajar la temperatura. La opción era un ventilador!

Cons:

I booked a double room but when I checked in they downgraded me to a single room. The room was ghastly. Even for one person it was ridiculously small. A single bed. I'm 6' 1" so my feet were hanging out the end. Bathroom ludicrously small and a delightful view of a brick wall. The room literally was a cupboard under the stairs. . Totally unacceptable

Cons:

The room was very small but incredibly hot!! The aircon unit didn’t really work, I ended up getting and leaving at 6.00 as couldn’t stand it anymore it was making me feel ill. The receptionist was not surprised
