We loved our state. We will definitely stay again because the location is really convenient.
Pros:

Very close to Oxford Street and all the shops! Very comfortable bed and very good breakfast!

Cons:

The room is a little small and also the bathroom

Perfect location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick check in and check out. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location perfect to take a walk down Oxford street or accessing the underground. I would definitely book again.

I like the strategic location to Oxford street and how friendly and nice the staff were.

Cons:

Not that I did not like but I wish the deposit should have been refunded to me quickly as mentioned by the receptionists. They mentioned that as soon as check-out is done I would have gotten my deposit as the room was well kept but however I am still waiting on my money back.

Did the job but no bells and whistles

Location. Warm room. Good lighting.

Cons:

Very loud background from other rooms' doors opening and closing and guests walking by.
No single hook / coathanger to hang coat or clothes.
No shelf by sink to put toiletries on.
No bedside table. Charging points far from bed. Very small room.
