Nice hotel in very convenient location. Well trained staff.
Pros:

Very pleasant, welcoming, helpful staff at reception and dining room. Excellent breakfast.Comfortable room.

Cons:

Doors to rooms and corridors slam shut. This creates unnecessary noise. Disturbs sleep.There should be an easy solution to this surely.

Pros:

Great location and food was exceptional

Cons:

Rooms outdated and small. Had to close the bathroom door to fit inside. Old fashioned chipped bath tub, small shelf for toiletries. Very small and pokey.

Pros:

Room was okay but did not like the shower in a tub for us in our 70's. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk were also helpful with directions.
Location was great for tube and museums. Felt very comfortable there in a big city.

Cons:

Very tiny elevator; hallways a bit dark.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the Gloucester Road tube station and within walking distance of the museums. The neighbourhood is leafy and there are also nice restaurants at hand if one doesn't feel like going out after a long day. The staff are courteous, rooms is clean, very comfortable beds and a good breakfast.

Cons:

The furniture in the rooms is outdated and the number of power outlets is limited. We were four in the family room and had to take it in turns to charge all our devices.
