Great location, close to Tube and facilities we were about to visit. Walking distance. Really nice neighborhood. Hotel staff professional, skilled, very very polite and helpful. This applies to each and every person we encountered during our 2 night stay. Kudos to hotel staff. From outside charming looking victorian building, nice cozy ground floor with reception, hotel bar and restaurant. For people from continent like us, breakfast was of limited offer but food was good so no complaint here.
We did not get the room that was presented at the booking. We got a smaller and lower standard room than booked/advertised, 4th floor rear service yard facing. I did not pay attention to this at the check-in, noticed later and was too lazy to complain at the spot. Worn out furniture, worn out carpet, window without any soundproofing while closed. Of course that hotel HVAC gear was located directly beneath it in the service yard below and it did made a lot of noise. Luckily, at some point after midnight it got switched off so we actually had a good sleep. Bed was comfy too. Bathroom small and cramped, very limited shelf space, sink clogged took ages to drain. As the building itself is old I did not expect too much, but this was really below my expectations. The whole appearance and impression of room facilities was old, worn out and not clean, although I did not find any trace of uncleaniness. Nice stay but we were sold higher standard than actually experienced.
Location
Small room, air con in dining room too fierce. Highly recommended by friends but quite expensive as compared to other London hotels we've stayed at and it charged alot to move dates by one night.
The breakfast
Everything else
I didn’t like the hotel is a scam they promote to be 4 stars hotel but even premier inn is better
Location to far away from Center of London, rooms very outdated, dirty, overpriced and isn’t a 4 stars hotel so anyone that is planning to book this place honestly avoid to book here and better to go to premier inn
The food the service and the atmosphere
This is a nice hotel in a very good location, next to V&A and close to High Street Kensington. Picadilly Line, in the unlikely case that it works, provide easy connection to LHR.
It was ok. Last time I stayed here, I had a bad experience. This time it was good.
We really liked the location of the hotel. Public transport was close by and it was also possible to walk to attractions.
The decor is tired and is in need of a revamp. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast.
Location. Breakfast
Actually, there wasn't too much hot water in the shower

Prima locatie.
Very friendly staff, great location for going to the royal Albert hall.
Location and staff and food
No air conditioning in room and had to leave window open so major road noise and room so small. They gave us a temporary air cooler that had to be put in the window and it was very noisy.
Great location by tube station. On a busy road. We stayed in a twin room which was small and very warm.
The bathroom was excellent. A trademark of Radisson Blu. I also enjoyed the comfort of the bed. A therapy for a fatigued body
I will suggest the carpets are removed. It will lift the ambiance of the rooms
It’s centrally located and was near Hyde Park where we were attending a concert.
The property is very tired. The carpets in some areas were becoming threadbare. The decoration and paint work was chipped scratched and in need of major refurbishment all throughout the hotel. There were holes in the leather seating at the windowThis hotel was not up to the same standards as other Radisson Hotels.
Location was excellent
Staff were polite
The room was dusty
The double bed was really small and uncomfortable
The cleaner left a sponge and an empty cup in the bathroom
The safe didn’t work (had to be fixed)
