A fair price for London, and good location, but some issues re customer service.
Pros:

The location is excellent, near the Natural History museum, the V and A and the Royal Albert Hall. Gloucester Road underground station is just across the road with excellent links to King's Cross and all the sights in central London. Its good value for London, which is expensive!

Cons:

They don't provide decaf tea, despite me requesting this every time I stay there - I wouldn't mind so much, but they DO provide decaf coffee! I have to bring my own tea bags from Yorkshire!! Is it really unreasonable to expect decaf tea to be available in a 4 star hotel in London?

One of the ceiling lights above the bed was out. There's no reading light provided.
Also, I requested extra pillows in my room as I need to sleep propped up, rather than flat. I had to ask on 3 separate occasions before 1 extra pillow was provided. The chap on reception said I wasn't allowed 2!!
In the information folder in the room, the manager states: my team are passionate about making guests feel welcome...etc. Maybe the staff need to read this too!
When I got home I happened to check the bill to discover I'd been charged for an extra breakfast. This was rectified when I phoned to query it, so I recommend you check your bill!

Ondin stay
Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The rooms felt just a little dated but good value for the cost. The power sockets were not near the bed so I couldn't charge my phone and use it at the same time

Pros:

I have just returned from 2 nights at your Kensington Radisson Blu. Whilst the upstairs we thought to be dark and drab with tired looking soft furnishings and woodwork, the beds were super comfortable and the linen crisp and clean.

The biggest advantage to our stay and the reason for this review is the fantastic members of staff. Our every question was answered with careful consideration and our every request met without hesitation, including an attempt to change our room immediately they heard our air-conditioner didnt work efficiently, and having 5 members of the breakfast team singing happy birthday to my elderly Mum who was celebrating her birthday on the day we left. They provided her with a card, a cake and a red rose and she was visibly moved by their kindness. This only happens with dedicated, committed and loyal staff and I would like to personally thank Hnin, Tanvi, Lalita, Cecile, and Geethe. You are all a huge asset to Radisson Blue.

Pros:

I found the room really cozy. It was compact with a single bed, chair, TV, safe, kettle, coffee station. But for a single person over one night it was perfectly fine. The bathroom had a full bath and shower. Some small amenities too in the room. Clean towels, bedding. Staff were really helpful.

Großartiges Hotel in toller Lage (nahe Hyde Park) mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück
Pros:

Exzellentes, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal!

Cons:

Man kann die Fenster nicht ohne Hilfe öffnen und die Klimaanlage schien mir veraltet! Aber man hat mir das Fenster aufgemacht und ich hatte immer frische Lust (Aufenthalt im April)

Greay value for money
Pros:

Very central location. Close to restaurants, shops and just across from the tube. The proximity to Hyde Park, museums and tourist attractions are amazing. Staff are very approachable and helpful.

Cons:

The lift is on the small size. Hallways can be loud from other guests especially if the room is close to the lift. If you are a light sleeper might be better to get a room that is not facing the road.
