Very comfortable stay in a great location for a very good price
Pros:

Great location, very close to the Tube station and the museums. Plenty of food options outside of the hotel. I got a superior single room which was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Facilities were perfect. A very comfortable stay for a very good price point.

Cons:

Lift is very small and room service kept knocking on my door but when they realised I was in, they would say they were looking for the people in the room next door. It was just strange because it happened numerous times over a very short stay.

Proximity to the tube station and good breakfast
Pros:

Overall, I had a good stay, mainly thanks to the staff. The team was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
One of the main advantages of the hotel is its excellent location - the nearest underground station is just about 200 metres away, which is extremely convenient for getting around London.
The breakfast was fairly standard but absolutely fine, with enough choice. The mattress and pillows were quite comfortable, the room was warm, and the bathroom amenities (shampoo and shower gel) were of good quality. The room was also well equipped, with a fridge, a kettle, a safe, and bottled water replenished daily.
I booked the stay with a promotional offer at nearly half the regular price. At the full rate, I would probably not choose this hotel, given the age of the building and the need for renovation.

Cons:

The hotel building itself is clearly old and would benefit from renovation - especially the floors and windows, and the furniture also feels rather dated.
Upon arrival, I was initially given a room where water was dripping from the ceiling, but this was handled very well: the staff immediately changed the room without any questions, which I appreciated. I had requested a quiet room; the replacement room was located close to the lift, which wasn’t ideal, although overall the hotel was generally quiet and I did not experience significant noise.
