I will continue to come however I do not want to be out in room 304 and I want the rooms to be fully cleaned and spot ch

I use the hotel every time I stay in London due to its reputation as I feel safe but also the location.

Cons:

My bedroom was unclean, my bed was very very uncomfortable compared to previous time and the room just felt old and uncomfortable.

Pros:

All staff members gave exceptional service throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived to when we had to leave, every staff member were extremely polite, very helpful, very happy, very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely 💯 and more. Thank you for making our stay so very memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

An exquisite treat
Pros:

The location in Kensington was excellent for each place I needed to be in the city, plus near restaurants and cafes and Tube Stations, all of which are vital.

I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown to my room. The staff throughout the hotel are very welcoming and as a single traveller, I felt very safe and enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I stayed in the superior single room. It had a lovely street view, enough hanging space in the wardrobe and facilities.
However, the room and placement of things like the TV, Fridge, Safe was very good and the bed was comfortable. The room itself was of very good size. I wouldn’t want a smaller room.

Breakfast was almost excellently presented and all was very tasty and a bit moreish. The hot food was between hot and warm enough. The selection was very good. The breakfast staff were always cheerful and took an interest in their guests whilst showing them their table.

Cons:

It would be most useful to have instructions on how to use the Nespresso machine. It assumes everyone has one of these. I had to Google it. It would’ve been more professional to have instructions in place. I had to ask for sugar as there wasn’t any left by housekeeping when I arrived.

My only quibbles about the food, comes in the form of the eggs. Instructions were given to the kitchen to make the yolks hard on poached eggs and they came out runny, which is inedible to me, even the maitre-d was disappointed on my be-half. I was given the option to have them made again, but I had to leave for something I had planned.

Gostei da localização e da sala na entrada

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequeno e a casa de banho também, era mais adequado para uma pessoa do que um casal. Tudo era pouco, apenas tinham uns chinelos de quarto para uma pessoa e quando pedido outro referiram não ter. Todo o hotel está a precisar de renovação. O pequeno almoço era pouco variado, e a qualidade não tinha nada a ver com a dos outros hotéis da cadeia já frequentados. Uma desilusão, mais parecia um hotel de 2 estrelas.
