Just wanted to leave a few comments for the staff at Radisson Blu Leicester Square. There were a few issues with lifts during my stay but these were easily offset by the great attitude of the staff. Nothing was too much. I'd like to highlight Sonia's exceptional customer service - she went above and beyond, as well at Atul, Aga and Natalia. Highly recommended.
The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The lift was under repair but a plan was made efficiently. Very good location with excellent restaurants a few steps away. Also theaters.
Our room was big and comfortable, had a marvellous sleep. Nice coffee machine, very welcome in the morning! The shower was outstanding, perfect water pressure. We would book here again. Try one of the sweets at reception, they are delicious!
Extremely courteous and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Location of the hotel was perfect - a short stroll to the theatre. Super king size bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent.
The view from the room would have been even better if the windows had been cleaner! The guest lifts were out of order although staff were happy to accompany guests in the service lift if required.
Only one lift was working during whole stay so being on 5th floor meant a few long waits. Shower not easy to access in bath.

The concierge Daniel Camarga was exceptional. He arranged transportation for 8 of us to go both to the hotel from the port of Southampton and then, after our stay, back to Heathrow. Everything went perfectly thanks to him.
