Super hotel. Super location. Super staff.
Pros:

Alek’s always goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. He is super friendly and he immediately makes you feel welcome. The breakfast team are also great. Great location. Great hotel!

Fantastic location to explore London, Breakfast offerings was as good as I have experienced but the real jewel in the crown is the fantastic staff. Special call out Sonia and the breakfast team.

The central spot

Cons:

For a superior room I thought this very poor. Room was small and overlooked a wall and a very busy ally which was very loud throughout day and night. The windows were full of bird pooh. Bathroom was tired and dated. I have stayed in radison blue at Manchester and this was a much better experience of a superior room. I also requested twin beds which I did not get. Very poor

Nice big room and bed.

Could do with a little update on some furniture, a little worn in places.

Truly outstanding customer service, great location and would highly recommend booking this hotel.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond as they had been made aware that it was my daughter’s bday. We got a free upgrade, fizz on arrival and the room was decorated with balloons and cake. We could not have asked for more, it made the occasion much more special.
