Great
Pros:

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable. Vinayak at the reception was great and lovely—he helped me with my queries and made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice stay
Pros:

Last minute booking on the day of our stay. We do wish that the hotels own website could offer pricing that they are giving via 3rd party sites (which we booked with). It would be nice to REALLY know that you're getting the best price and not have the need to search the market.
The hotel couldn't be more central if it tried - Covent Garden, Soho, West End, right on your doorstep
Nice welcome at reception - free upgrade was appreciated
Room was huge, with a fabulous view of Leicester Square, and we didn't hear a single sound, either from inside or outside the hotel - despite Leicester Square being right on the doorstep.
The only downside is the fact that the rooms need a full refresh. The furniture looks 30+ years old, the shower was a little pathetic, but it worked, with very nice toiletries.
TV worked, the room was nice and warm and we were able to open the windows to allow some fresh air overnight - this is always appreciated.
All of the staff that we interacted with were very friendly, the lounge area was very pleasant, we sat and watched the London world go by whilst enjoying an unusual, but very nice lunch.
Thank you Radisson Blu, Leicester Square - you'll certainly be seeing us again

Really poor hotel rooms. Reception and waiting area are good then the actual rooms are very poor

Reservation after arriving and viewing the bedroom. Hotel advertised as 5 star and is definitely not! More like a 3 star at most. Room was dark, very old, furniture all scratched and chipped. Bathroom tiles broken. Very dated and would not recommend. Full refund given and didn’t stay at hotel.

Great location, lovely staff
Pros:

We stay in this hotel quite often and we always feel that the staff are so welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile for you . The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is really good.. lots of choice. The location is brilliant for getting around central London either on foot or on the tube. Checkout is only at 12pm which we like too.
The con to this hotel is the rooms desperately need updating .. the furniture and carpets and bathroom fittings look tired and they do need to clean the windows more regularly but if you’re out and about most of the day I personally think the good points outweigh the bad. They make a great Irish coffee too! 😀👍
