Great location but extremely noisy. Expected more from a 5 star hotel. Nothing wowed us.
Pros:

Location was brilliant. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Extremely noisy. Hotel should invest in better glazing as we didnt get any sleep. Bins being bashed around at all hours then emptied around 4am. Room was nothing special, expected to be wowed being 5 stars but very underwhelming. Spacious and clean but no different to a Premier Inn. Reception staff nice. Bar staff i think you have to pay for a smile. Apart from the excellent location its nothing special.

The location was excellent everything you needed on your doorstep, so easy to get to china town Covent Garden and Oxford street everything was walking distance the staff where helpful also

Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. Breakfast was good each morning.

Cons:

This hotel is listed as 5-star but it is very dated. Reception and the restaurant appear to be updated but that's as far as it goes. The rooms, furniture, paint etc are all in need of a refresh and update. I stayed for 3 nights and only received housekeeping on the 3rd day. There are 2 elevators but only 1 is operational which is extremely slow and small.
