Hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

Hotel muy recomendable. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. Personal muy amable y ayudando en todo momento. Tuvimos un problema con la reserva y lo solucionaron de inmediato y con toda amabilidad. Muchas gracias, volveré en mis próximos visitas a Valencia.

I came to Spain for the first time and it was Valencia. Although the location has 3 stars, thanks to the kindness of Mrs. Roxana and the entire team, we felt like we were at a 5-star location. We keep the pleasant impression of our stay and we will return whenever we have the opportunity.

Schlecht, die Zimmer nicht gemacht um sich darin zwischendurch aufzuhalten, nur zum schlafen.

Das Personal war absolut liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Die Bilder auf Booking.com stellen ein falsches Bild von den Hotelzimmer dar. Die Bilder zeigen grössere und gepflegtere Zimmer als sie tatsächlich sind. Die Superior Zimmer sind klein, sich zu zweit darin zu bewegen ist unmöglich. Gut und sehr sauber. Für eine Nacht gut geeignet, aber nicht für einen Ferienaufenthalt. Fenster werden rostig oder die Farbe blättert. Kleiner Balkon auf die Hauptstrasse gerichtet. Von Beach Hotel keine Spur, ausser dass der Strand 10 Minuten entfernt ist.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber gehalten. Die oberen Gänge und Zimmer wurden mit einem parfümierten Spray besprüht. Lässt das Hotel noch billiger erscheinen als es ist, sehr unangenehm. Der Lift klein und erscheint dreckig.
Ausser vom dem Personal, welches sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war und der beste Teil des Hotels!
Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Good place to stay with dogs

The Staff was amazing, and the bed was big and comfortable. Was easy to find parking spot at night an it’s free. Veey close to the beach and has nice walking route inside the forest.

Cons:

The cleaning was pretty bad, the floors were dusty and sandy even after the cleaning was done. The corners of the wc, behind the bin etc were never swept properly. And we stayed with 2 dogs, after we come to room at nights we always see their hair everywhere which means the cleaning was bad. And it’s very noisy: from next rooms, from the elevator, from the street.. the windows do not have good isolation. And far from the city center, if we did not have car it would be impossible with the pets.
