Good value, perfect location, brilliant staff
Pros:

Staff were immediately warm and welcoming and helpful with anything needed.
Got there early so they offered us a free glass of Prosecco in the lounge area before bringing our key over early.

Amazing and great staff
Pros:

Amazing location, and lovely room which was clean and spacious. Afroza at reception was amazing, she made sure my request for step free access was met, going further by also making sure the shower was accessible (walk in rather than over a bath). Would 100% recommend.

Great stay and will definitely stay again
Pros:

Friendly staff
Good breakfast
Comfy clean beds and towels
Quiet whilst busy outside

Cons:

Shower wasn’t powerful and struggled to wash hair
Struggled with where the kettle plugged in as lead was short (in the cupboard)

Great location, Great Staff , Great Hotel. Well rounded.
Pros:

Room was perfect for the two night stay. Breakfast for a fee was tasty and the service was excellent. The concierge Edward always addressed me by name and made me feel taken care of. I felt at home. Definitely will be back.

Cons:

There was a heatwave in London. On the 7th floor the ac took a while to chill the room at night. Front Desk was very quick to assist me with the air conditioning.

Decent location, beds were nice and good to work in
Lobby was quite chill

Cons:

First time it ever happened to me, but I was given a room with someone already in it!!
Staff were fine and gave me a couple of free drinks , just later that night since I was a women travelling solo I kept thinking someone could walk in

Pros:

The location of the hotel is absolutly perfect, surrounded by a lot of cafés and restaurants. It's also clean, convinient and beautiful.
The biggest positive we can say is the service from all the staff. We traveled with my sister who uses a wheelchair, and despite the hotel not being fully accessible the staff did everything the could to accomodate us and make the stay perfect, we were in contact with them before our holiday and the close contact continued during our stay.
We especially want to compliment Afroza for being incerdibly kind and accomidating. Everyone else in the staff were also very kind and welcoming. Will definitely come back on our next trip.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, siamo andati a piedi quasi ovunque sui punti di interesse del centro. Per noi italiani, maniaci della pulizia, è un buon hotel. Lo abbiamo scelto anche perchè non c'è la "famigerata" moquette in stanza, cosa non semplice da trovare a Londra. Lo staff gentilissimo e ha risolto immediatamente qualsiasi richiesta. Unico neo sul finale del soggiorno con un componente della reception che non ci ha supportati per la chiamata del taxi, abbiamo poi risolto da soli chiamandolo in autonomia. In ogni caso probabilmente ci torneremo.

Cons:

Nel bagno c'è la vasca con doccia ma solo con il soffione e non con il doccino. Avremmo preferito trovare una doccia in stile moderno con la base piatta. Non è il massimo ed è un pò scomodo.
