Good value and great staff
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel many times and always feel at home. They recently renovated the rooms and they are a bit smaller but still lovely. Jude at the hotel concierge was an enormous help and went above and beyond.

A very comfortable stay with very helpful staff in a great location.
Pros:

The location is perfect for attending performances at the Royal Opera House. The staff could not have been more helpful. Also, The room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The coffee machine in the room was great!

Cons:

The room was a bit small but that was not an issue. Overall the whole stay was perfect for us.

Pros:

The staff were really nice

Cons:

I booked a double and the bed seemed even smaller than a double, the wall was less than 12 inches from my bedside, my husband had more room but this was really a room for one person it was too small for two.

Most of the bulbs in the room didn't work so it was dark
