Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Utrolig god frokost - stort pluss at man i tillegg kan bestille omelett o.a. fra meny. Rommet var større en forventet, fikk også to separate senger, som ønsket. Beliggenheten er for øvrig veldig sentral!

A top-tier London stay made truly special by an incredible team

I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu Mercer Street for a work event and decided to bring my wife and daughter along for her very first trip to London. While the hotel offers everything you would expect from a premier London establishment—prime location, spotless and comfortable rooms, and a generally pleasant atmosphere—it is the staff that truly sets this place apart.

The hospitality began the moment we walked through the door with a warm welcome and a genuine handshake. What really touched us was how the team interacted with our daughter; they went out of their way to make her feel welcome, which made her first big city adventure so much more memorable.

A special mention must also go to the breakfast crew. They were exceptionally attentive and provided a level of service that is hard to find. We can't thank the entire team enough for turning a work-related stay into a very special family memory. We will definitely be back!

perfect choice for a lovely long weekend :)
Pros:

We stayed there for a long weekend, walked everywhere very convenient location and could even do bag dropping during the day and was very comfy if you like shopping :) The staff was helpful and very kind, the breakfast was great incl. specific orders like french toast, omlette etc. It was a great experience and "gorusuruz" :)
