Amazing location, great vibe
It was a nice stay, we liked everything.
Only a minor thing, but at breakfast the restaurant staff wasnt always in their kindest mood, but not a big deal. The breakfast is amazing.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und sehen auch nicht unbedingt so modern aus, wie auf den Fotos auf Booking.com. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich ruhig, bis auf die Lüftung, die auch bei abgeschalteter Klimaanlage ständig laute Geräusche von sich gibt.

Great location, clean, modern.
Building works inside, our ‘view’ was of scaffolding outside the window. Room was very dark with shell window. Breakfast was average and not thought out. Had to ask for obvious things like ketchup etc which would take ages to come. Generally hotel is very expensive for what you get. Also I told them it was our die ill anniversary when the concierge asked at booking - but literally no effort was made to make it lovely or special
We LOVE the location! It’s a gorgeous hotel, the rooms can be snug! But we were lucky, we had been upgraded to a king bed room by reception, which we really appreciated there kindness!

The location is perfect! Walking distance from Convent Garden, Soho, Chinatown and subway stations. Lots of restaurants around the hotel make it even more attractive. Their breakfast is great and staff, fantastic
I felt the mattress a bit too hard for me but this wouldn’t stop me to come again.
The staff was amazing! They couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. When we come back, we will definitely stay again! Thank you!
