Pros:

Reservei um quarto casal luxo. Quando chegamos, as fronhas dos travesseiros estavam sujas, foi desagradável e pedimos para trocar.
O tapete do banheiro estava com furos e as toalhas tinham manchas, além do assento do vaso que era totalmente de plástico. Esperávamos mais da limpeza e um pouco mais de conforto.

Pontos positivos: Hotel muito confortável, cama espaçosa, quarto bem grande e aconchegante, wifi funciona muito bem, ambiente limpo, café da manhã apesar de não ter muita opção é bem gostoso.
Pontos negativos: estacionamento apertado, para quem tem dificuldade em manobrar tem que tomar cuidado ao estacionar; as paredes do hotel não tem isolamento acústico, nas ruas tem muito barulho e com isso perturba o sono.

Pros:

Gostei muito e recomendo.
A limpeza pode ser aperfeiçoada, e o ar condicionado é só de enfeite (mas tem um ventilador de teto).
O atendimento é excelente!!! O rapaz que me atendeu, quando cheguei à noite, recepcionou-me tão bem que me senti em casa.
Quarto grande, um bom banheiro, elevador, um bom café da manhã... De forma geral, excelente!

Pros:

O quarto estava muito sujo, inclusive havia vários baixinhos e uma barata em cima da cama, pedi para trocar de quarto e o outro também estava muito sujo, os lençóis aparentavam estarem sujos, havia barata no banheiro, a pia estava entupida, o ar condicionado não tinha controle e o ventilador estava extremamente sujo.
