Ich habe das Hotel im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir aufgefordert, erneut ein Doppelzimmer zu zahlen, trotz Nachweis über die erfolgte Zahlung. Die Hotelmanagerin hat am Telefon versichert, dass der doppelte Betrag schnellstmöglich zurücküberwiesen wird. Sie reagiert nicht auf E-Mails, Booking.com ist informiert, kümmert sich wie gewohnt auch nicht um die Angelegenheit. Das ist jetzt die dritte Erfahrung dieser Art, ich kann die Nutzung von Booking.com nicht mehr empfehlen. Die Reaktion der Hotelmanagerin ist ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend.

We were in #107, very small room on the main floor fronting the driveway, we encountered vehicle noise, even vary late at night.
This will make 3 of 4 hotel bookings in a row for us via Expedia where we had the "worst room in house".......maybe best to book direct to avoid this??
Breakfast was good and available early which suited us well.

I was in town for one night for the NCAA tourney at the Lenovo Center. Stayed here for one night and the hotel is one the many around the airport. Room was nice, but is not in the new renovated style that you see at most Hampton Inn’s around the country.
Please note there is construction outside the hotel on the street, but obviously not under the control of the hotel.
I had 2 trips here back to back. I was pretty nervous the 1st time staying at a Hampton Inn near the airport. David and Latoya were very nice and helpful.
This Hampton Inn was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Wonderful location near the airport with a free shuttle and parking.
We look forward to staying at this hotel again!
The rooms were adequate but not cozy. The breakfast food as artificial (eggs, meats) so I ate cornflake cereal instead. The staff was not overly friendly excrete maids.
The pillows and bed were good however when we got up in the morning and got in the shower the water never got warm! My husband and I both took cold showers! It was aweful! When I complained to the front desk the manager came out and spoke to us. He offered money back for our room or points. We took the points. We were on a time crunch so we never phoned them to try and fix it. My husband thought it was a water heater issue. The manager was very accommodating.
Met with family that flew in from various parts of the country and this Hampton Inn worked so well with airport shuttles. The lobby had large areas for all of us (17) to sit and talk with each other and have wine & apps. Very comfortable.
