Pros:

The location is great, they have an Onsen (didn’t work with my tattoos as they only give out one sticker per day), laundry facilities and the breakfast has a huge variety of food.

Cons:

the room is super tiny, so is the bathroom (my boyfriend could stand up to shower) and we had hair on our bedding.

Veeeeery bad Rolls I don’t like it’s 3 stars hotel
No water only for the first day
Check out at 10Am which is very bad time should be 12 till 2pm if you late for after 10am you should pay more
If you asked the staff to call you like before 1 hour from check out they will say big NOOOO.

Very far from shinjuku station

Compared with services and room size veeeery expensive doesn’t deserve

Very disappointed
I’m sure next time I will not be there

Good on a pinch and if you don't plan to spend much time on the inside.
Pros:

Good location, wifi, and within walking distance of many places to visit. Fairly close to the train station.

Cons:

Fairly small, I would've preferred if it was just slightly bigger. It gives you with 'just enough' especially if you aren't planning to spend most of your day in the hotel.

Mala ubicación para familias
Pros:

Limpieza, reposicion toallas a diario, tetera en la habitacion y café instantaneo a diario, baño adecuado con amenities útiles. Buen aire acondicionado y buen blackout.

Cons:

La ubicación es fatal, los metros mas cercanos estan a mas de 500 mts y está ubicado en una zona poco familiar, con abundantes salas de espectáculos de "entretenimiento adulto", arcades y apuestas. Calles alrededor sucias.
