有公共澡堂可以泡湯♨️
早上10點退房。明明有至櫃檯延長時間並完成付費。
結果隔天一大早又打來房間叫我們退房，
後來匆忙的趕下去櫃檯處理，結果是他們的電腦，紀錄沒更新。坦白說，整體入住價格並不便宜！這樣的疏忽真的很不行！
畢竟後來增加的休息時間是我們付費換來的，因為你們電腦沒更新，把客人付費的休息時間，叫下去處理，也沒什麼補償方式，令人感覺很差！
I really liked the location. It was close to a lot of train stations, shopping locations, restaurants and tourist attractions. You can request an iron but need to return it in 2 hours.
The reception staff were very helpful when I needed to transfer 12 suitcases to Kyoto for my group. I am very grateful for their hard work.
I would have liked the rooms to be larger

Very clean and the Onsen
Room and bathroom are very tight.
Le personnel était très gentil et la chambre très propre. La possibilité de garder les bagages le jour du check-in ou out est un vrai plus !

Great location, compact but well-designed and comfortable room, bed very comfy and a lovely view from the 19th floor. We loved the little onsen, soaked ourselves every evening after sightseeing. Not fancy but well organized, great room and spa amenities, great value for money! Helpful staff.
Pillows were strangely hard but we made it work.

The location is very good and room was very clean.
The rooms are very small and there is no flexibility with check in and checkout times because it is a budget hotel.
La colazione ottima, prevalentemente salata con bocconcini di carne deliziosi cucinati a vista sul momento. Posizione perfetta per la zona di shinjuku e anche per spostarsi ovunque in metro. Struttura pulita e personale accogliente. L’onsen a fine giornata è una coccola che ti rigenera. Effettuano il servizio di spedizione bagagli da un hotel all’altro, con meno di 5€ avrete la vostra valigia direttamente nell’hotel della prossima tappa. Ci sono veramente tanti Apa hotel nella zona, scegliete quello che vi ispira di piú. Veramente consigliato
