Confort en una perfecta ubicación
Pros:

Ubicación fantática, con parada de metro muy cerca. Suficientemente próximo al meollo de Shinjuku pero a la distancia ideal para no sufrir sus inconvenientes.

Cons:

La zona del desayuno muy pequeña para la capacidad del hotel, por lo que no se puede disfrutar con tranquilidad del maravilloso desayuno que ofrecen. Hay tiempo limitado e incluso lista de espera para poder acceder. Una pena.

Efficient and Effective Hotel with complete amenities
Pros:

It was a very good stay with complete amenities. Hotel’s location is very accessible. Small room but ut has everything u need.

Cons:

Cleaning service or rubbish clearing daily would be great

Its location amazing staff and good breakfast

Cons:

The room was quite small for the 2 of us however do understand that Japan does have smaller rooms than home and we didn’t spend that much time in the room with do much to see and do

Klima wir für das Gebäude reguliert und nicht per Raum.
Dies führt dazu dass es in der Nacht der warm oder kalt werden kann... je nach Außentemperaturen.

Wir haben uns beide erkältet.

Nice hotel with very small rooms in a convenient location
Pros:

It is a big hotel in a convenient area, where you can find many options to eat at night (even later than usual for Japan) and surranded by the train station and different metro o other train stations. Nice hot springs

Cons:

Room super small (but in Tokyo it is like this), no closet, everything in the luggage, whihc is on the floor but there it is a bit of a challenge to move around. The area is for sure convinient but I was expecting Shinjuku station to be closer....it is a 15 min walk. Not sure I will stay again in this hotel next time I go back to Tokyo

Really enjoyed my stay here, decent value for money regarding good location and safe hotel.
Pros:

Loved the location in Kabukicho, easy access to the hotel. Very clean, all amenities included. Fancy reception.

Cons:

Room was small but still bigger than I originally anticipated. Pillows were a little uncomfortable.
