Homewood Suites by Hilton Kansas City/Overland Park

Stayed for 2 nights. In town for a swim meet. Beds were uncomfortable, you can feel every spring in the mattress. The rooms were outdated. Some mold and water damage in the bathroom. You could see that the rooms had not been cleaned well. The breakfast smelled good, we could not eat because we had to be at the pool before serving time. The location was okay, not great. No, I would not stay at the Hilton again. I am a Hilton rewards member and there are better options elsewhere.

Home away from home. Did you know Homewood Suites has used a duck as a character/mascot in some marketing, not as its official logo, because the duck neatly symbolizes comfort, calm, and “settling in”—which is the heart of the brand. Keep up the good work.

It was super nice and the room was good, I enjoyed my experience a lot! it smelt good, there weren’t any bugs, the rooms were spacious. it was super enjoyable, the free drinks/food thing was really nice. i can’t complain at all

Very clean, easy check in and comfortable beds. Had a room with a separate bedroom so nice to separate my work/living space from my sleeping space.

This is the best hotel in the greater KC area. It’s always very clean and quiet, and the staff is very welcoming and outgoing. They also have a great hot breakfast everyday with delicious carnitas to make breakfast burritos if you so choose. 10 out of 10!

Just love this Homewood Suites. It's location is perfect! Staff is wonderful!! Beds comfortable and private from living area. I would give 10+ stars. And will continue to stay there when I'm KC.
