Beechwood Hotel

The Beechwood has become our home away from home, where we can stay with our dog while visiting family and friends. In the greater Worcester area, there is nothing better, and new renovations make it better and better every year. Huge thanks to the friendly and otherwise excellent staff, too!

The Beechwood is definitely the best hotel we have stayed in while visiting family in the area. It is clean, modern, rooms are nice. It was quiet. Reservations and checkin were easy and professional. On-site restaurant/bar. Good location. Wish they included breakfast though...for the price.

We previously stayed at the Residence Inn down the street, and it was DISGUSTING. The entire hotel smelled like people were cooking animals in their rooms. The did have a breakfast, but it wasn't very good.

We will definitely be booking the Beechwood again!

The Beechwood Hotel is an absolute gem. It is situated in a very convenient location, yet perched up on a hill in a peaceful setting. The team, beginning with Quincy the Manager, are outstanding. Quincy exceeded our expectations with the room that he placed us in. The room was fabulous; we loved it! The entire hotel, including our room, bathroom, lobby, first floor bathroom, were all impeccably clean. The decor both in the room and the lobby were beautiful and welcoming. The team at the front desk were all friendly; they made eye contact and smiled and helped with anything we asked or needed. We can't wait to return to the Beechwood Hotel!

Chantelle the bartender was fantastic! Bed was super comfy.

Clean and updated rooms. Great on-site restaurant where we ate breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be back.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt very high end for the price. The little touches were so nice, from the coffee station to the reading lights on the walls to the robe in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was dusty, mattress needs replacing, restaurant was very expensive for breakfast, $6.00 for a cup of coffee.

Outlet not secured in wall on right hand side within the bathroom- no biggie for me but a general hazard for young children. I would repair it!

The imterior design was interesting and appealing.

lovely hotel and best in that area... we have stayed there and have had events there over the past 20 years. never disappoints. understated yet really comfortable and delightful staff.

Very friendly and convenient

Appliances with outdated so the fan was not working. The tv was did not have the correct remote control. I requested an early check in around 20 - 30 after booking time thur the app contacted the hotel was told 1pm was the earliest I offered to switch to a upgraded room that was ready and was denied front desk rep was unwelcoming. Arrived at hotel around 10:22 tried to get worker to reason with my situation which was had car trouble and had let it at dealership for repairs and no where to go in the area and that I wanted to get out of the clothes I had on covered with dirt and brake fluid, I felt if I was being looked down on and judged by my appearance and was treated like a person who lived in the street who was beneath her, an to remove my for lobby and went to backyard Lounge area and cried from how disgusting I felt for the interaction.topping the that the fire alarm was perfectly pressed right outside of my room door no one was staying in room beside my room house keeper was only ones in the room at that time rooms door was paired with two per arch designed each pair an I small with fire alarm about a 1” 3/8 in length and was about half inch wide , in the hallway there was four standard size fire alarms had just gotten underdressed to hop in shower when it was pressed and to exit the building in shower robe, I will not ever stay at another beechwood hotel, only good interaction was the male employee who brought me the room service guy had a good conversation

The rooms are lovely with an upscale feel, including a coffee bar area with real mugs and glasses, integrated reading lights for each bed, classic design, crown moulding, marble-look bath tile, and more. Beds and linens were comfortable and the room was spacious. The on-site restaurant was very nice and the customer service was top notch.

Hotel itself is beautiful! The room was very nice and spacious. Our air conditioner was turned all the way down and was not working so it was quite hot being on the 5th floor we had to open the windows. Keep in mind that this is in the city so you hear cars and ambulances going by all night you are next to a hospital so didn't get much sleep. The room has a mini fridge but no microwave so amenities are limited. You can get food at their restaurant downstairs but they also lack in quick grab n go like a retail area to choose from they had water and one bag of chips. Over all nice hotel just think some of their amenities need to be upgraded.
