Beechwood Hotel

We stayed for two nights in the Presidential Suite at the Beechwood Hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The suite is a great setup, especially for a family or larger group. It consists of two connecting rooms with a private foyer that can be closed off from the main hotel hallway. There are two separate bedrooms, each with a king bed, plus a living room with a queen pull-out sofa, so there was plenty of room to spread out.

The suite was updated, extremely clean, and very well maintained. Both bathrooms were modern and spotless, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and towels felt noticeably high-end.

The location is also very convenient. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel and, in our opinion, more convenient than staying right in the middle of downtown Worcester. The free and easy parking was another big plus, especially compared with dealing with downtown parking or hotel garages.

We also thought the Beechwood offered an excellent value. It was less expensive than the downtown hotels we considered, yet we felt the hotel itself was nicer and the service was definitely more personal and attentive. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel was also very quiet throughout our stay.

Overall, this was definitely a five-star experience for us. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, space, convenient location, attentive service, and value made the Beechwood an excellent choice in Worcester. We would 100% stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Is a nice a quiet place. Personal is kind, there was a inconvenience and missunderstanding with my credit card but they tell ma that will fixed.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and every time, it exceeds our expectations. The team is outstanding! Miles took excellent care of us; his customer service is outstanding! We also interacted with Maya and she was terrific. The rooms and entire hotel are spotless. There is definitely pride in keeping the hotel up to excellent standards. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the table and chairs. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I am delighted to recommend it in this review and to others I know who are traveling to the Worcester area. By the way, we also visit Framingham/Natick/Brookline/Boston from the hotel and it works out quite nicely to have the Beechwood as our home base.

Excellence in all aspects. We were visiting family at the local Mass Medical Center and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. We will stay upon on next visit.

We travel to Beechwood very often while visiting family. We find our stay pampering and weight gaining. My wife is a solid fan of the Chicken Orzo soup. Yum

We stumbled on this hotel after reading so many mediocre reviews of downtown hotels. This one is on the other side of 290 near medical school and Abbvie. It is very nice and quiet, has plenty of parking and a wonderful restaurant on site, Sonoma.

Our room was very comfortable.

We stayed at the Beechwood while attending my daughter’s graduation at Worcester State University, and it was a great experience. The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, and our room had a beautiful bathroom. The customer service was exceptional.
The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful when we first arrived. Later when we stopped by to ask for a few extra coffee pods and some creamer, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even brought us fresh cream! I believe his name was Miles, although I may be mistaken.
Because of the warm hospitality and overall quality of our stay, the Beechwood will definitely be our first choice whenever we’re in the Worcester area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great stay we had at the Beechwood. It's not affiliated with a chain so we weren't sure what to expect.

The staff are very friendly!

We stayed in a king junior suite. It was quiet and well-designed. The TV on the wall swings put and the windows can be opened with screens or closed with perfectly fitting doors that block light.

The bathroom was super clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and everything was where we expected it to be.

A big kudos to whomever designed the rooms.

Great location, wonderful staff, spacious rooms, accommodating very convenient if you need to be in Worcester.

The Beechwood has become our home away from home, where we can stay with our dog while visiting family and friends. In the greater Worcester area, there is nothing better, and new renovations make it better and better every year. Huge thanks to the friendly and otherwise excellent staff, too!

The Beechwood is definitely the best hotel we have stayed in while visiting family in the area. It is clean, modern, rooms are nice. It was quiet. Reservations and checkin were easy and professional. On-site restaurant/bar. Good location. Wish they included breakfast though...for the price.

We previously stayed at the Residence Inn down the street, and it was DISGUSTING. The entire hotel smelled like people were cooking animals in their rooms. The did have a breakfast, but it wasn't very good.

We will definitely be booking the Beechwood again!

The Beechwood Hotel is an absolute gem. It is situated in a very convenient location, yet perched up on a hill in a peaceful setting. The team, beginning with Quincy the Manager, are outstanding. Quincy exceeded our expectations with the room that he placed us in. The room was fabulous; we loved it! The entire hotel, including our room, bathroom, lobby, first floor bathroom, were all impeccably clean. The decor both in the room and the lobby were beautiful and welcoming. The team at the front desk were all friendly; they made eye contact and smiled and helped with anything we asked or needed. We can't wait to return to the Beechwood Hotel!

Chantelle the bartender was fantastic! Bed was super comfy.

Clean and updated rooms. Great on-site restaurant where we ate breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be back.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt very high end for the price. The little touches were so nice, from the coffee station to the reading lights on the walls to the robe in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Good night sleep, very dark rooms, convenient to WPI.
