L’emplacement, la literie, le fait qu’il y ait une cuisine, le service de laundry très pratique, la piscine en plein air

Cons:

L’eau un peu froide de la piscine et l’absence de prêt de flotteur pour les enfants (lorsqu’on vient de loin c’est compliqué d’en prendre) mais ça ne change pas le fait que l’hôtel est super.

Pros:

Bed: comfortable and big and I'm a picky sleeper. The cover isn't the flimsy hotel cover you flimsy hotel cover you usually get which is nice.
A/C works even during high humidity heat wave days.
Room: VERY spacious like I didnt know they made rooms that were actually big anymore. I had a full fridge and kitchen which was amazing and made my trip way easier.
Gym is a hotel gym but I'm impressed they have a cable machine and a leg press. Plus the cardio equipment looking over the city is a nice view you don't usually get in hotel gyms.
Staff: very kind and helpful. When I stayed here last year there was one lady who was a bit more brusk but it doesn't seem she works here anymore so if any reviews mention that I wouldnt worry. I had an issue with my card upon check in and they couldn't run it for the deposit. I was fully prepared to have to go wander the streets until my bank would update it but they kindly let me check in without it and ran it the next morning instead. Also I witnessed them all handle very difficult guests with class and patience the likes of which I have never known.
Location is great which is a large part of why I stayed here twice now. 2 minute tops walk to the green line metro, the mont-royal grand staircase is out the front door, easy walkability to old port, the plateau, mont-rpyal, and all of downtown.

A night spent in heat. No air conditioner
Pros:

Air conditioner did not work a whole night. It felt like a sauna. Issue resolved the next day. But no compensation was offered

Pros:

Location was good, but service was poor at breakfast time. We went down for breakfast on 2 mornings, the place was full, short staffed, so we went elsewhere outside the hotel.

Poor communication, short staffed and not very friendly service.

Well located hotel
Pros:

Concierge was very helpful. Waitor in the Mezzanine floor who served beverages during the world cup game was excellent.
Location of the property is good.

Cons:

Breakfast was very good although they couldn't keep up with the demand and things kept running out. They did replenish them though when asked. The older lady serving us was excellent however. She had worked in Asia before she mentioned.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine et terrasse sur le toit de l'hôtel. Le quartier était sécuritaire et près d'une station de Métro.

la situation de l'hotel, facile d'accès. la piscine sur le toit et sa terrasse est un super atout. nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet hotel, avec un personnel toujours disponible et agréable pour nous renseigner. le check out est à 12h, donc appréciable. nous n'avons pas testé le petit dejeuner. mais il y a de quoi en prendre à l'extérieur facilement et une proximité avec des restaurants ou les transports très pratique.

It was good over all, liked how it was close to a lot of things that we could access.
Pros:

AC was ice cold, really good considering the heat wave during our trip. Staff and cleaning crew were nice and the room was overall good.

Cons:

Room did not have access to balcony, bathroom did not have a vent that we could activate, didn't seem to work and the cab to the airport despite being offered during the booking, was not available upon check out and the staff told us to contact the company we booked through - if this is a service that is provided, then the hotel should take responsibilty to rectify if not available.

Didn't like being attached to a pick up bar that has access to the lobby, but then again, i'm with my family, if I was travelling alone then it would be amazing.

The view.... wish we could have chosen something that faced the city instead of an alley way with construction.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour mais nous estimons que le prix est élevé par rapport à l’expérience offerte.
Pros:

Le personnel à l’accueil a été très courtois; le système de valet très apprécié. Emplacement convenait à nos besoins.

Cons:

Le coût pour une nuitée est quand même assez élevé d’autant plus que l’hôtel manque un peu de modernité. J’ai été très déçue que le coût du stationnement ne soit pas inclus dans la réservation.
