2nd Visit to this gem of a hotel
Pros:

This was our second visit to Hotel Isabella. The hotel is spotless and the staff are friendly. The breakfast team Tania, Marika and Giovanni are fantastic. We were offered omelettes for our breakfast and they were fantastic.
As other reviews said it is a 20 minute walk into Sorrento and if you don’t mind walking it’s not a problem. You can walk along the main road or walk along the road which looks onto the sea.
We love this hotel and staff and are looking to go back next year again for another great week.

A great place to stay in Sorrento 🇮🇹
Pros:

Wonderful staff, so warm and welcoming. Really lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible. Only a short walk to the main town centre and great restaurants and a beach club nearby. Couldn’t recommend it enough

Exceptionally clean hotel. Fantastic shower. Great comfy beds. The pool was perfect.after a day exploring. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. Every staff member we encountered were always smiling and generally happy to see us. They all were always happy to help. They seemed to really love their jobs and it created such a happy and friendly environment and it made such an amazing atmosphere. I cannot comment enough on how the staff at this hotel are an absolute credit to the hotel.

el personal muy amoroso, las chicas del desayuno y en especial quiero darle las gracias y felicitar a Giuseppe por su trabajo y colaboración que tuvo con nosotros, muy comprometido y muy buena persona.

Cons:

mi mamá se accidentó y no contaba el hotel con silla de ruedas, tampoco se consiguieron con otro hotel. la ducha del baño se tapaba y a las habitaciones les faltaba luz, eran muy oscuras

Good hotel choice
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Tania in the restaurant who took good care of my gluten free diet.
The housekeeping staff were excellent and were very obliging to making up the sofa bed.for me.

Cons:

Room walls quite thin so noisy at times. Room was small with no cupboards or drawers.

Loved Sorrento and the location was great - felt safe. Staff could have been more accodating/welcoming.
Pros:

- Always returned to super clean room
- Location was a nice walk away from the busy part
- Wasn’t super busy so always got a spot at the pool
- Attentive to help with transfers

Cons:

- Woken up in the mornings with loud radios in the corridors (seemed to be the cleaners)
- Facilities felt very limited for a 4* hotel
- No bar at the pool and very little attention when at pool for food/drinks
- No kettle in room for coffee/tea in the mornings
- Breakfast finished at 9:30
