Mi è piaciuto l'accoglienza, la pulizia, lo staff

Cons:

La piscina essendo un 4 stelle penso che la devono modernizzare parecchio
È poi che non hanno posti auto, hanno invece una convenzione con un parking a 22 minuti di distanza se ti serve L'auto lo devi comunicare 1 ora prima è che la sera max alle 11 la devi riportare

Brilliant but made my the 2 ladies at breakfast they were just so professional and polite and kind.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent 👍 the 2 ladies that did breakfast service were both excellent the chef was excellent they made our stay to be fair the ladies were so polite and friendly in the breakfast service and made us all feel very welcome 🙏 thank you so much

Cons:

The Pool should be kept open later than 6.30 we like to sit by the pool later in the evening.

La ubicación hay que andar unos 25 minutos para ir al centro y está muy mal comunicado en transporte público y estos días de calor ha sido muy desagradable y los taxis carísimos.
Las chicas de recepción han sido de poca ayuda

2nd Visit to this gem of a hotel
Pros:

This was our second visit to Hotel Isabella. The hotel is spotless and the staff are friendly. The breakfast team Tania, Marika and Giovanni are fantastic. We were offered omelettes for our breakfast and they were fantastic.
As other reviews said it is a 20 minute walk into Sorrento and if you don’t mind walking it’s not a problem. You can walk along the main road or walk along the road which looks onto the sea.
We love this hotel and staff and are looking to go back next year again for another great week.
