Pros:

Küçük havuz çocuklar için kurtarıcı oluyor. Geceleri vardiyada resepsiyonist gunduzleri havuzda güvenlik olarak çalışan arkadaş çok yardımcı oldu. Sabah kahvaltısıni hazırlayan şef ve eşi hanımefendi çok güzel bir kahvaltı hazırlıyorlar. La Marinella plajı da bu tesisa çok yakın ve süper bir deniz deneyimi sunuyor.

Friendly clean and has everything you need. But a good 15/20 minute walk and there is no shuttle to get into Sorrent

The breakfasts were wonderful

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

I was disappointed i was unable to cancel the last evening I had reserved earlier. Evrn though my request was initiated 12 days earlier, a 3rd party ( Booming.com ) communication was difficult, time-consuming. And my request was not honored.

It was clean and tidy place.

Cons:

Having a room that faces a main road comes with the challenges of noise, air pollution and lack of privacy. Especially, giving stated preference during booking for a quite room.

Sorrento was nice but will choose a different hotel. Next time to stay for four nights.
Pros:

The location was nice.

Cons:

The 4 Star rating is questionable. Not 4⭐️ in my opinion.
Issues were:
1. No hot water.
2. Faulty wash basin plug mechanism.
3. Front office staff friendly but not productive. Chose to communicate important departure times for our day trips via Booking.com app message rather than advising us at the hotel via phone call. We were literally 30m from the front desk.
4. Very crowed breakfast area with large tours feeling like a sausage machine rather than relaxing hotel.
For the rate it seemed not value for money.
