Cons:

Having a room that faces a main road comes with the challenges of noise, air pollution and lack of privacy. Especially, giving stated preference during booking for a quite room.

Sorrento was nice but will choose a different hotel. Next time to stay for four nights.

The location was nice.

Cons:

The 4 Star rating is questionable. Not 4⭐️ in my opinion.
Issues were:
1. No hot water.
2. Faulty wash basin plug mechanism.
3. Front office staff friendly but not productive. Chose to communicate important departure times for our day trips via Booking.com app message rather than advising us at the hotel via phone call. We were literally 30m from the front desk.
4. Very crowed breakfast area with large tours feeling like a sausage machine rather than relaxing hotel.
For the rate it seemed not value for money.

A great stay and the staff were lovely.
