Internet almost not working. A simple thing like booking a taxi through Bolt app took 7 attempts. A lot of the time I had no internet.
Using Chromecast was impossible, not even close to have connection to make it function. With only 3 channels on the tv and they are all inn Georgian with internett only working a little if your lucky makes the evening very boring.
I paid extra to check in early just to find out later that day I needed to change room the last night just because a regular guest wanted that room. Not my problem and if I knew earlier I would have waited to check in instead of paying extra.
I forgot one peace of a Chromecast which is small enough to be sent as a letter, this is impossible for the hotel to send me. I work as a hotel receptionist myself and send forgotten items all the time so why is a letter size item a problem?
Building need some work like wallpaper falling off, tv from early flat screen era and very hard bed. I like bed hard but this are like planks. Many towels has holes.

Good location, away from the noise but close to everything you want to see. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The view from their common area balcony was phenomenal. It's a prime location area right next to the city circle. The owner and manager is very polite and doesn't over charge you for anything.
We stayed for 2 days in Feb 2024.
The location is very good. All attractions are close by. The Rooms are good. Service is good. Koka -the receptionist was very cooperative. All in all a very good hotel.
