I can't thank Kevin, the Assistant General Manager, enough for helping with all our concerns, answering all our questions, and making the whole experience worry-free. The location was perfect for my purposes, as the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the office. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are welcoming. Would definitely stay again when in San Francisco

Muy bien situado para visitar el centro de SF, las camas de la habitación normal son muy pequeñas mejor reservar cama grande, nosotros tuvimos un problema con el ruido de madrugada por alguna maquinaria del hotel y al día siguiente enseguida nos dieron otra habitación. En ese sentido perfecto.
Un poco anticuado, algunas mejoras pero no suficientes para que este moderno.

The room does not look clean and looks nothing like the photo that was online. The curtain itself was dirty, the corners were dirty, and the conditions of the room were overall very subpar. The door hinge was faulty.

payed for a queen room and received a twin, room wasn’t the cleanest, and bathroom was super cramped

La struttura è in una buona posizione, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto e facile da raggiungere dall’aeroporto. L’ingresso molto carino e il personale era gentile. Ottimo il check out alle ore 12:00 invece che alle 11:00 come la maggior parte degli altri hotel. Offrono caffè la mattina per tutti i clienti. Il bagno della camera era ristrutturato anche se piccolo.
La struttura è un po’ datata anche se rimane comunque ben curata. La nostra stanza era veramente troppo piccola, l’aria condizionata vecchia ed aveva una zanzariera rotta. Poco insonorizzata, si sentono rumori sia dal corridoio che dalla strada. Va bene per una notte ma non di più.
