Pros:

It was hard to like anything because whenI went to my room the bathroom floor was clearly not cleaned and then I looked over and the bathtub was dirty with brown grime all over it. Disgusting.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was good.

Cons:

Shower didn't have cold water, the air vent to pull steam from Shower wasn't working. There were no trash cans in the room I asked cleaning staff if I could have one they said yes but never brought it I had to go and get it my self. I was so disappointed, I tried giving them a chance but I ended leaving a day early and checking into another hotel.

Couldn’t get passed the smell had to leave.
Pros:

The room was clean , for the price everything was decent . Bed was super comfy.

Cons:

Awful smell, had to check out and get refunded after almost two hours . My mom and me experienced headache , throat irritation and almost felt like a panic or anxiety attack was about to happen. The smell walking into the room was so horrible, smelt like the room got flooded once before and wasn’t dried properly that cause a moldly, muggy smell! It got worse and worse. The lady at desk seemed to not care about the issue . I hate to complain but she never apologized or offered an alternative . She just cancelled the stay and gave no further instructions ,it was almost midnight, so I asked if I should bring key back or leave it in room, she suggested just to bring it back down. She wasn’t rude but definitely didn’t seem to care . We ended up having to drive back home, then drive back to Phoenix with three hours of sleep. But the gentlemen before her when we checked in was amazing and friendly .
