Pros:

Everything except the cleaness of the bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom shower was dirty.Needs a deep cleaning .I had two bath towels.No hand towels,or face cloths.One roll of toilet paper,it was already on the roller.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever!!!!
Pros:

There was very little to like. In fact, the ONLY positive was hot water and a good shower head.

Cons:

The lobby was somewhat updated but gave a false impression of the room. The room was so worn out and dated. Nothing worked. The ice machine, TV, HVAC system, the charging stations for our devices… non of it worked. I used the stairs because I was afraid of getting on the elevator and my key card didn’t work in the exterior door so I had to walk all the way around the building in the pitch dark to get back in the front door. The towels were so old they were basically non-functional. The sheets were so old that the elastic on the bottom fitted sheet was totally stretched out and I woke up at 3am with the bottom sheet tangled around my shoulders. The breakfast was non-existent. There was a waffle iron, and a plate of glazed donuts and that was it. The breakfast room was so small and hot making it very uninviting. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had. I talked to the front desk attendant and she said she knew of all these problems with the property and apologized but of course she has no control over the poor quality of amenities.
