Pros:

The hotel is Modern, very clean, with comfortable beds and an excellent location. Helpful staff. Very quiet rooms. Great coffee.

Everything was very nice very comfortable and within close proximity. It would be very nice and appreciated if breakfast

Súper clean and well kept. Very accommodating and comfortable.

Spacious room, skip breakfast.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Free oatmeal cookies upon check in.

Cons:

Breakfast is not worth it and not included unless stated. There was a homeless man near the back entrance filling up water jugs, blocking the entrance with his bike.
