Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. Great staff and cleaning crew. Upscale ammenities. Rooms updated and nicely done. A breath of fresh air on our cross country trip!

Exceptionally clean, modern with good value for money
Pros:

Exceptional. A rare gem for the sense of luxury and exceptionally good value for money. It’s very clean, modern and also stylish. I’ve stayed in hotels 5 times the price that could not measure to it. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is also good quality. This hotel will make me want to stay in flagstaff again. Very central to some epic sightseeing

Was good for mid-trip accommodations. Would want to stay somewhere else if spending a week
Pros:

Property was next to a highway, so good access. They provided ear plugs. Had a good recommendation for where to eat dinner and it was close.

Cons:

They charge ala-carte for breakfast. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Disappointed since this is an IHG property. We stayed two nights. Would not want to spend any more time than that.

Pros:

i really liked the design of the room and how big the king suite was! the mattress was comfortable and room was super spacious, amenities (like fridge and complimentary water) were very nice as well.

Cons:

the only complaints i have were: the ventilation in the bathroom was not good, the shows curtains need an extra layer to keep water from coming out of the shower, and the steam from a 10-minute shower got almost everything in the bathroom wet. also, the bedside lamps should be adjustable (not pointing directly at the bed)

Good hotel, even better service.
Pros:

The staff made all the difference. Their attention towards the customer was exceptional, which is a rarity in non-resort hotels. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms and showers were very high quality.

Cons:

The facilities leave a bit to be desired for the price tag (no gym, no pool), but aside from that and especially for those who don't prioritize those amenities, a fantastic landing spot for those traveling to Flagstaff.

Pros:

Quality of room, furnishings. Good value for cost. Late checkout for IHG members. Proximity to restaurants, Walmart.
