If you are arriving after 17:00, please proceed to the building with two golf carts parked out front. There is an afterhours courtesy phone in front of the golf carts (attached to a pole and it has a picture of a phone on the box). Please pick the phone up and give it a couple of minutes to connect. Give them your full name; they will give you the lock box code, which has your key and directions to your unit. Please fill out your license number on the form and place it back into the box. Please come to the front desk in the morning with your ID and credit card to finish checking in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location, secluded!
Only one pool
EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR A GET AWAY FROM THE HUSSLE AND BUSSLE OF LIFE. ENJOYED THE PRIVACY AND SERENITY. THE STAFF WERE MOST ENJOYABLE, POLITE AND COURTEOUS. LOVED IT!! LOVED THE BEACH VIEW AND THE UNTOUCHED VIEW.
Location was perfect for our event
The stairs at the entrance was to high especially that we're seniors. Carrying luggage and this was very dangerous going up and down that stairs. Next time we'll request for a handicap unit
Ogromny apartament z kuchnią i łazienką. Dostępna także pralka i suszarka. Blisko czarnej plaży na której są żółwie. Do parku wulkanów 30 minut. Obiekt zadbany czysty.
Klimatyzacja dodatkowo płatna. Jeżeli meldujesz się po godzinach otwarcia biura to nie masz możliwości skorzystania z klimatyzacji ponieważ jest ona kłódkę. Pierwszy raz się z czymś takim spotkaliśmy.
They locked the air conditioner because they want to charge extra for electricity😓😓, and they didn’t mentioned that in any of their communication. When we arrived at 5:30pm, nobody’s willing to come to unlock it for us😩 since nobody’s on site.
Remember nobody will be on-site after 5:00 pm, so in case you need anything, you will be in trouble.
Honestly the only complaint I had was that it didn't have a Rice pot. But overall I had no problem.

Location was ideal for Volcano and very relaxing with its isolated feeling from crowds. Pool area was great with spa and view.

For our quick excursion to the Big Island, this was a great place for our agenda, Green Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach and National Volcano Park.
Ubytování jsme zvolili s ohledem na blízkost "želví pláže". Vybavení bylo funkční, již trošku starší. Parkování přímo před apartmánem, přístup po cca 10-ti schodech dolů. Protože jsme přijeli až k večeru, bylo třeba zavolat dle instrukcí pro přístupové kódy, ale nakonec vše dopadlo dobře.

Landscape, flower, lawn, pool, hot tub very nice. Staff was great. Especially the maintenance guy!!
Better air conditioner. Don't mind paying the extra $10 a day if it would cool the whole area. Unfortunately it didn't.
I arrived late and the check in was so smooth. The staff are polite and helpful. The place is nice, with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and a comfortable bed. The location is so quiet, near the beach, but there's no any grocery store, you have to drive.
There´s no grocery store nearby, the closest is a 6 miles, so you have to plan in advance to buy some food if you arrive late.

Trash can at pool. If there was one on each side of seating that would be helpful then having to walk by the cooking area.
Check-in in was very clear even though we were coming after the opening hours. Staff was very nice and helpful. I can say the apartment actually looks better and more spacious than on the photos ! :)
Location was great, we wanted to stay in the nature and were surprised we could just walk to the Black sand beach which was absolutely the greatest place. You can spot turtles and seals on the beach.
The apartment was clean, very spacious, ours was right on the side from the reception and on the lower floor (so there were stairs), it is fully equipped with all the kitchen supplies (you will get the information to buy everything for cooking, so make sure to follow all the info), there is a washing machine and dryer (laundry detergent available at the reception for 1 USD). Living room area is leading to the terrace with sliding door to the garden which is very nice. Bed is very comfortable, there is AC as well and you can close fully the curtains on the windows.
I would like to thank for all the details and information shared with us, everything is available on the table once you open the room.
There was an apartment above us and the neighbors were very loud, we could here all their moving.
And not something we didnt like, just an advice - when you go to this accommodation and there is a heavy rain, make sure you go there as soon as possible as you can only access it with one road and that may be closed due to floods till morning.
