It was perfect for our weekend on Kaua’i.
Pros:

Ease of check in
Comfortable for ‘Ohana- roomy
Close to Turo lot, restaurants, beach and shopping
Available parking.

Cons:

The TV - Spectrum - Cable 3 remotes. We were super frustrated. The instructions did not help. We returned to the property late and didn’t want to bother anyone so we settled with Martha Stewart.

Stairs were challenging. How do we request for a ground unit or different building?

Great value
Pros:

Great staff, just ask if you need anything. Good facilities, lots of grills to cook on. Air conditioning was strong.

Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten sowohl an der West wie auch Ostküste zu erreichen.
Appartement 49/Block D auf zwei Etagen, mit 2 Schlafzimmern (eins davon strassenseitig) sehr geräumig. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren Goldwert.

Cons:

Relativ hellhörig, laute Klimaanlagen, auch der Nachbarschaft waren in der Nacht zu hören. Mit Ohropax aber kein Problem.

Great value for your money
Pros:

Great value for our group of 6 travelers. Location was near the beach and centrally located between the north and south shore. Our room included a nice kitchen and living room. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good location, close to the airport and full kitchen. The management held our bags because we arrived before the room was ready..

Cons:

No ice and we were told the property does not provide ice. No hot tub.
