We had another wonderful stay thanks to the amazing staff. 💯 They consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Their hospitality never fails to impress us.

I stayed at Park Inn Iloilo for a leisure trip and to explore Iloilo for the first time. What impressed me most was the hotel’s convenient location, especially its proximity to the mall. The food was excellent, and I had the opportunity to taste authentic Ilonggo dishes.

The staff truly lived up to their reputation, they were all warm, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk team always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by the reception area, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Park Inn Iloilo to my friends and family.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their personalized service made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was spectacular, I especially loved the pudding, and there was an impressive selection of jams available. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I liked that the location is accesible near SM City Iloilo, as we conveniently had our lunch there and shopped right before we checked in. The staff in the lobby is also pleasant to speak with, and being our first time in the hotel, they were able to walk us through with our questions. The lobby is clean and cool, so we are able to relax while we waited for our check-in time. They also have their own restaurant near the lobby, so we're able to avail some refreshments while waiting. Their usual check-in time is at 3 PM, and when we did, the room is really clean, with enough space for two. The online reservation via Booking stated the room's availability had 2 separate beds, but when the room aide came by to have the comforter, he was able to arrange the two single beds together so we could have it as one whole bed. I really appreciated that since the bed turned out really comfortable. We unfortunately haven't had the chance to try on their pool, but it does come as free access during our stay (and it also looked clean and well-maintained - you could actually sight it right before the entrance to the elevator coming from the connecting bridge in SM). Lastly, the food is also good! We availed of their breakfast buffet the following morning (starts at 6 AM) and it was a feast in the eye! The restaurant is cozy and cool, with tables and benches that is spacious, has some sits too that is like a couch. Would surely comeback for the breakfast. Overall, our overnight stay is really a pleasant experience, as this was our first, and would likely to recommend the hotel as well. Thank you, Park Inn!
