Nice property in a great location.
Pros:

It is a nice property that is well maintained. The pool area was really nice and the easy walkway to the mall was very convenient for many food options. I appreciated the water filter station on every floor. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

My bathroom tiles were covered in mildew. It desperately needed a good scrub with bleach. My view was of the back parking lots and generators, but I didn't spend much time in the room so it was fine. I only got one small roll of toilet paper without a backup so use sparingly.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The staffs were lovely and helpful. The location was great as it is close to sm city

Cons:

This is our 2nd stay this month, we requested a king bed (again) yet they gave us 2 single beds instead (again) like the last time. This time we requested the beds na pagtabihin, they did but they didnt even put proper bedding/ comforter and it was so uncomfortable. Last time we didnt had complementary slippers. This time we didnt had hand towels even after requesting. The pool also didnt had any lights on as it have before. We requested a room with a view of sm city yet they gave us a room at the back. Overall, our staycation was a little uncomfortable for it's price.

Pros:

The stuff was amazing specially the two girls who works at night shift unfortunately I forgot their names. The bed very comfortable

Cons:

The ac was switching off and on I don’t know why I believe there was a motion detector sensor in the room connected to the ac whenever Im not moving in the bed the ac switched off. That was annoying

My Php5,500 hotel experience could have worth better.
Pros:

I love that it is very close to sm city mall and has a bridge way going to and fro the mall. Lovely and Friendly staffs. Accessible water refilling station is a plus.

Cons:

I reserved a room with 1 king bed for me and my husband. They gave us 2 single beds instead saying they don't have any king beds available at the time of check in. They promised they will put the 2 single beds together to make it a king size but they never did.

Also I had to ring for complimentary slippers since we don't have one in the room. I chose a city view too but they gave us a room with a view ag the back of park in which is not really pleasant at all.

Pool is only until 9pm which is not pro for night owl people like us. Key cards weren't working when we went up after checking in. Had to go back at the ground floor reception and raised a concern regarding this to have it fixed.
