It's our first and last stay in this hotel.
Pros:

The room is spacious but that's all. Nothing special and it's expensive compared to other countries. Not a good value for money.

Cons:

The room is not clean, there were stains on the bedsheet, the bathroom is dirty because of the tiles they used, the shower enclosure doesn't close properly so the water spills all over when you shower.

Comfortable short stay
Pros:

I was worried based off the mixed reviews on the website, however we were happy with the room provided in addition to the cleanliness of the space. The staff are friendly, polite and courteous.

Great option if you need a hotel that is walking distance to the mall.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, and very close access to the mall. Staff were very accommodating and respectful.

Cons:

The telephone line was not working (they were having issues during our stay). But they provided option so that is good. The shower faucet was defective.

Good stay just wish the bath room was in better condition. Needs deep cleaning.

1. The sink was clogged. I reported it the first day and it’s still clogged when I checked out.

Pros:

Location is great, connected to the mall. Atmosphere is so so, their lobby is under construction. Rooms are quite small especially the twin room, I think. Bed is TOO SMALL. Foods are great. ANI resto’s server Kurt was very accommodating and attentive.
