Pros:

On a positive note, the hotel’s location next to the mall is convenient, although it was unfortunate that the mall was not open during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

Our stay as a family of four in a suite at Park Inn Iloilo was unfortunately below expectations.
The room was not as clean as we had hoped. We noticed visible stains on the chairs and couches, which made the space feel less comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, the room was prepared with only two pillows for four guests. When we requested extra pillows, we were initially informed there would be a charge of 200 pesos per pillow. While the cost itself wasn’t the issue, the policy felt a bit unreasonable given the number of occupants in the room.
The check-in experience was also inconsistent. We arrived early and were told that rooms were not yet available because the hotel was “full.” However, this didn’t seem to align with what we observed—only one out of three elevators was operational, and there didn’t appear to be a large number of guests around. Furthermore, I had requested an additional bed in advance, but this was not reflected in their system upon arrival.
Breakfast was another area that could be improved. The omelet served did not seem freshly prepared, as it had likely been sitting out for some time and was already cold when served.

Overall, there are some strong points, but several aspects of service and room readiness need improvement to meet expectations.

The staff were so friendly and nice.It was a great place to stay the facilities were great. The food is excellent. I would definitely stay here again?

The friendliness of the entire staff is exceptionally well. I like to specifically mention John, Jeldenz, Rob, Cess and Steven. All of whom are truly rendering a passionate service to their guests.

Very comfortable and relaxing
Pros:

Proximity to the mall and center.
All staff and personnel were courteous and accommodating.
Special thanks to the security personnel at the entrance who saw to it that I got a good and safe ride every day, and to Angelo who was always willing to extend a helping hand.
