Lack of airport shuttle v inconvenient

Cons:

The lack of convenient airport shuttle. I booked this hotel specifically because it was recommended for its convenience for getting to the airport. I arrived in the evening and asked about an early shuttle. For a 6.40am domestic flight the only shuttle they could offer was at 4am - meaning I'd be at the airport a full 1hr20mins early. It was really disappointing - the front desk staff were really apologetic but were unable to help.

I had to pay for an Uber (at $17) - an added expense and an inconvenience I really didn't need after a long work trip.

AD said temperpedic beds yet they were awful - never staying at one of your hotels again.
Pros:

Location for my sister to free shuttle to airport was great. The gym was sufficient. The staff, at 3 different times of day, were wonderful.

Cons:

Room smaller than expected. Beds absolutely horrible - we were all miserable. VERY LITTLE water pressure. HVAC was failing/broken. WIFI was a struggle and disappointment.
