The room was clean.
The front desk attendant did not properly inform us on how to request late check out which we desperately needed due to unforeseen circumstances. He just said it wasn’t available even with us asking in advance which was a flat out lie. My friend and her friend request was granted late check out, they encouraged me to ask again so when I requested with another attendant the next morning (day of) it was granted. Why LIE? Why NOT tell me to check first thing in the morning? I will never forget this experience. Lesson learned when one incompetent employee say No! Ask another one who is competent. Don’t take No for an answer some people just aren’t willing to help you even when they can. It was just HIM!!!
Only stayed one night and it served its purpose providing a comfortable bed to sleep in and a good breakfast before a full day of work and travel. Staff were friendly.

The lack of convenient airport shuttle. I booked this hotel specifically because it was recommended for its convenience for getting to the airport. I arrived in the evening and asked about an early shuttle. For a 6.40am domestic flight the only shuttle they could offer was at 4am - meaning I'd be at the airport a full 1hr20mins early. It was really disappointing - the front desk staff were really apologetic but were unable to help.
I had to pay for an Uber (at $17) - an added expense and an inconvenience I really didn't need after a long work trip.
The bed was comfy
