Cons:

On site printing was unavailable, staff seemed un trained on how to do check in, plus had a slight attitude when I asked if I could use their printer when I told them the business center one was not working.

Nice modern hotel
Pros:

Hotel rooms were modern and functional without wasted furniture such as large dressers. It was in a good location for our stay. The rooms had numerous outlets for charging and was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Water pressure for the faucet and shower was on the low side. The hallways were very warm, I think to save on electricity.

Wanted to love it but will not stay at Avid again
Pros:

Fairly new. Location was good and quiet

Cons:

The staff member checking us in was very rude. He also gave incorrect breakfast times to several people. The air conditioner in our room did not work properly. The mini fridge was not cold and could not be adjusted.
