Klare Buchungsempfehlung
Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit allem was man braucht, schöner Empfangsbereich, freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer mit Kaffee- und Teestation. Gleich nebenan ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt. Die Altstadt mit dem Dom ist einen Spaziergang entfernt, man läuft aber ab dem Hotel immer an schönen und interessanten Gebäuden vorbei. Auch zum Hauptbahnhof Regensburg kann man mit kleinerem Gepäck zu Fuß laufen.
Das Frühstück war reichlich und hochwertig und für die Hotelklasse mehr als angemessen. Der Preis für das Zimmer war mehr als angemessen

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel sind 3 Taxistellplätze. Wir konnten keine Zone zum Ein- und Aussteigen finden, da uns Freunde mit dem Auto zum Hotel fuhren. Wenn man selber mit dem Auto kommt, gibt es eine Tiefgarage.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel war auch recht gut.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hatte ein technisches Problem, davon waren lt. Rezeption alle Geräte im Hotel betroffen. Die Couch im Zimmer war sehr fleckig und ungepflegt. Auf der einen Seite vom Bett war ein Gang von ca 20 cm. Das Bad war funktionell, leider waren die Fugen verdreckt, teils schimmelig.
Unmöglich war das Frühstück, mit der Auswahl könnte man sich vielleicht noch arrangieren, aber die Qualität war schon eine Frechheit. Fraglich woher man solch altes und vertrocknetes Brot und Brezen etc. herbekommt.

Pros:

Preis und Leistung waren sehr gut. Hotel liegt in der Nähe zur Altstadt. Hotel ist modern gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Fernsehen hatte einen technischen Fehler, der behoben werden sollte. Leider bis zur Abreise nichts passiert. An der Rezeption nahm man dies nur zur Kenntnis. Hier hätte man vielleicht einen Nachlass auf die Buchung machen können. Sehr schade, da mir das neue Konzept von Holiday Inn Express als Vielreisender gefällt.

Pros:

Ich bin Rollstuhl Fahrer. Das Badezimmer ist optimal, sehr schön und sauber.
Kleiderstange zum runterziehen - optimal.
Ein sauberes, gepflegtes Zimmer, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Dankeschön - Ihr seid ein tolles, nettes und hilfreiches Team.

Cons:

Das Boxspringbett - für mich als Rollstuhl Fahrer zu hoch . Dennoch bequem.
Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.
